Excellent purchase from start to finish.Starting from online assistance being most helpful and courteous through the super communication with me once purchase was made, I was very impressed. They accepted my money order as payment and even set aside my item till they received it. Shipped immediately upon receipt of money order and package arrived as described with a couple of extra goodies inside. Price was very reasonable compared to other sites. Their customer service is what will win you over- need more businesses like TheEpicenter who value their customers. I belong to a local Search & Rescue Team and it was time to refresh my emergency food supplies in both of our vehicles. I did a web search for vendors and found TheEpicenter.com. The prices were reasonable and shipping costs were as well. I was happy to see that they had some pre-packed cases that were produced in July 2016, giving me maximum lifetime on the product providing our cars don't get too hot.

I did my due diligence by reading reviews and checking with the Better Business Bureau for complaints.

Once I was satisfied, I placed an order for two cases, one with heater and one without. I ordered an additional dozen heaters so we had enough for all.

I was quite pleased to receive the order within a week. The next test will be to open a meal and perform a taste test.

We've placed several orders with this company and have NEVER had an issue! The "free shipping" on orders over $200 is unbeatable as the large cans on a multiple-item purchase are extremely heavy.

UPS carrier was delayed by weather, but I was notified regularly by UPS email postings. Very professional!

I am always on the look out for long term food storage and this is the place the tortillas I got were the BOMB great tasting we tried them with chees spread and they were great. and you cant bet the price......

I have ordered from several company's. they were the fastest and most efficient. They also had the freshest dates and best variety of meal components. Cant say enough about the service. Will order again really soon.

I have purchased larger-quantity orders from The Epicenter for 4 or 5 years now to fuel students on extended summer backpacking trips. I have often called them with specific deadline requests, always getting a "live body" or rapid callback. Once, they called to save me money on shipping. One time, one box within my order went "awol" in transit and The Epicenter handled the claim with the shipper and express delivered a duplicate-box shipment to get it to me in time for our trip departure. I cannot say enough good about this company, its products, and its employees!! I will continue to do business with them for years to come!
