All online information was clear and concise. I had to speak with a customer service agent, David, because my car was newly registered. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process.

Everything was OK
Everything was OK, except the cost was significantly higher when the start date was moved forward 10 days or so! However the people I spoke to on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable.
The downside was the usual 'telephone wait times' but the reputation of the AA keeps me optimistic.

I hate Insurance companies
Nothing has gone wrong, but insurance companies are continuously looking at ways to charge more for less. Car insurance is a legal requirement and car insurance companies are milking that requirement to the max. Immoral deplorable and despicable.

God forbid you have to make a claim
God forbid you have to make a claim , after a flooded house we are 10 days in without any temporary accommodation being sorted or organised , the building insurance side dragging their heels , waiting on this report and that report .
Living in a house without any power in the kitchen or sockets in the living area .
Just no empathy or care for our plight .
A disgusting way to treat a policy holder.
Can’t cook can’t live in an unsafe house yet AA insurance are “following procedures “ with no thought for the human cost , a burst pipe flooded our home then we are being told that someone has to validate the claim and meantime we are stuck in an uninhabitable house .
Yes great price etc but the proof of the pudding in any company is how they react in a crisis and AA Buildings insurance have reacted poorly to say the very least , in fact shambolic, complaint winging its way to the ombudsman.
A computer generated answer below to my review says it all really about the shambles this company is , 2 children and a dog in an unsafe house and all you have done is…. NOTHING !!!!’
