Car insurance on line

Got insurance for my new car on line , so easy to use and I was covered straight away , then I received an email with the policy documents and how to log in , very user friendly.

The process was quick and easy to…

The process was quick and easy to navigate. I have looked for a competitive price and all of them had a lower price than the AS until you went to their own website and the price went up by £100. Well done your price was as advertised.

Home Emergency Team Incompetent

Had the unfortunate experience of having to claim on our policy with AA insurance. We had a leak through our ceiling and when turning the water off the stopcock sheared off and left us with no water.

Was put through to the Home Emergency team who were totally incompetent

Firstly they did not register the emergency and we only found this out when we rang to chase up the plumber after 5 hours of waiting.

Then they registered it incorrectly as a leaking tap. They told me that they had spoken to a plumber who would call that evening. No one called.

No contact. Rang the next morning. No one had instructed a plumber. Eventually they did and was sorted but in all it took 24 hours of having no water.

I would have given zero stars if I could but there was one positive. The plumber from Dyno plumbing was amazing. Once instructed was there within 30 mins and all fixed.

We will be changing our insurance at the next renewal.

Best quote

This was the cheapest quote from a company I recognised on a comparison webiste. Would have preferred to purchase directly but oddly the cost via AA direct was about 15% dearer.
