Hired cleaners to do a full deep clean…
Hired cleaners to do a full deep clean on moving in day. Agreed time could be flexible but estimated for 4pm.
Didn’t even turn up, didn’t call, didn’t communicate. we ourselves did not complete until 5, but we had people waiting at property and no one turned up to clean.
Called the office and initially they just said “it’s too late to clean” not even acknowledging that we had a booking that no one turned up to.
they promised to investigate and call back, nothing. no call.
stay away from scam and oddly familiar fake trustpilot reviews.

Deep clean
Shaida and Zanko were provided an excellent deep clean for a property we are moving into. They were very clear on the work needed and very professional. Even going above and beyond by touching up a bedroom we hadn’t specified but needed desperately needed cleaning. We will be using them again!

I hired this team for an end‑of‑tenancy cleaning and paid a significant amount expecting a professional service. However, when my rental agency inspected the property, they informed me that the cleaning was done poorly and they had to hire another cleaning company to redo the job. Following your initial feedback, we immediately offered and scheduled a free re-clean, which is the first and standard remedy under our Terms & Conditions. We also offered to collect the keys directly from your letting agency to ensure the re-clean could proceed without inconvenience to you.
Unfortunately, the re-clean did not take place because access was refused, as your letting agency chose to appoint their own cleaning company instead. This decision was outside of our control and was communicated clearly in our email correspondence.
Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we processed a refund at your explicit request, even though our policy states that refusing a re-clean waives the right to a full refund.
We therefore respectfully disagree with the implication that the matter was unresolved or ignored. The issue was addressed promptly, options were provided, and a refund was ultimately issued.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly so matters can be resolved fairly and in line with documented facts.
