Robert and his two colleagues did an outstanding job! They came in and blitzed a filthy bedroom and turned it around in just over an hour.

They deep cleaned so efficiently that it was a pleasure to walk in the room afterwards.

Adin and his team did a good job. They cleaned at my property and an end of tendency property and did a good job at both of those. They are also really efficient and fast. Reasonable price and does as asked. Both properties were left in a fantastic way. Didn’t have to tell them much. They know what they are doing.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Abubakr’s team did a deep clean of my mother’s property, which hadn’t been maintained for quite some time, so it was a challenging job. They worked incredibly hard and the transformation was remarkable. Professional, friendly, and thorough throughout—I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class cleaning service. Adir was really nice and overall he did an ok job. There was still bits where I had to go over myself, like window corners and bits of the carpet. Also, I paid for a carpet deep clean and was told on arrival that they only vaccum it. He did however perform a miracle cleaning the old oven and for that I'm really grateful.

Adin and his team were excellent, they cleaned our property to an excellent standard on the hottest day of the year. They cleaned everything mentioned and were particularly good at the bathrooms. Would highly recommend!

Christos and Ntemo (I’m not sure if I’ve spelled their names correctly) cleaned my flat today before I move out. They arrived on time and did an exceptionally thorough and spotless job. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Tenancy.Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable end-of-tenancy cleaning service.

Adin and his team cleaned our whole house from top to bottom this morning. I’ve been suffering with morning sickness and unable to do a proper deep clean myself and have been getting triggered by smells in my house. I mentioned this to Adin on arrival and he was very understanding. He made extra effort to clean the house and eradicate lingering smells to reduce my nausea. He was professional and friendly throughout the service. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.

Had a terrible experience
Paid £292 for an end of tenancy clean. Firstly they were an hour and half late. Then they left after 2.5 hours. I wish I could upload photos because the job they did was laughable. Paid for carpets to be cleaned (they were just hoovered) the kitchen was disgusting. I complained they re booked someone to come back by 6.30pm got to 6.30 they was ignoring my calls. I finally got through to the cleaner himself who told me he wouldn’t be there until 8.30pm! The office was rude and tried to blame me for not complaining quick enough (I complained on the day but wasn’t able to send images as I don’t live there so sent the images the next day) no compensation offered after paying so much money. The cleaner ended up coming the following day and only spent an hour there.
Terrible service. Really disappointed

Brilliant service for our end of tenancy clean! Very efficient and thorough, cleaning all the small areas/details that sometimes get missed. Avoided deductions to our deposit thanks to this great team! Will rebook for our next move, and recommend to anyone needing the help!

Fantastic end of tenancy cleaning experience from Ali who was respectful and did a great job of cleaning the listed areas, the bathroom was very tidy and deep cleaning of the carpet looked excellent

Really fantastic experience from Christos for our household clean yesterday. He was so polite and friendly! His attention to detail was amazing and he even went above and beyond, showing me some great tips for cleaning, bringing all his fantastic cleaning equipments and spent more hours than the contracted time to finish the whole house which was gratefully received. We hired Abubakr and his team to carry out a full clean of our property before we moved in, and they did an excellent job. They thoroughly cleaned all three upstairs rooms, the living room, kitchen, conservatory, and toilets to a very high standard.

The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail throughout the property. Everything was left spotless and fresh, which made moving into our new home much easier and more enjoyable.
