1 month after order. No shipping details. Just autoreply from company customer support with nothing that tells me I'm going to get my order or get my refund.

An absolute disgrace

An absolute disgrace they took the money and after one month the item is yet to be dispatched they only provided an airway bill to their preferred courier and insisted they items had been dispatched ! I had to claim a refund from my bank, TempraMed out right refused to acknowledge any issues and blamed the Global household name courier STAY AWAY !

The gadget is good with temperature…

The gadget is good with temperature control. The only disappointment is that the rubber ring inside the tube is rather fagile. Hence, once it wears off, the pen becomes loose and it affects the temperature.

The customer service is not helpful

The customer service is not helpful. There response we’re not done within there stated time of 24 hrs no email no correspondence. It took over 3 months to get my problem resolved. I like the pens they are very helpful, but your customer service is something that truly needs a lot of work.

Easy to order & works well

Easy to order. Information easy to understand. I have one already and it works very well. I have 2 injectables and am going on a trip so I'm getting a second to ensure I can keep both meds in the right temp.

This is my second vivicap

This is my second vivicap, I travelled to the carribean and my insulin was kept at the correct temperature all the time.
I would recommend this product.

Purchased two VIVI Caps

Purchased two VIVI Caps. One however became faulty. Contacted Tempramed and they asked me to return the faulty unit to them. They replaced the faulty unit very fast and were excellent in customer service. Can honestly say I’m very happy with the units now and happy to shop with Tempramed again.

Product not received

I received the carrying case for the TempraMed on Saturday but have yet to receive the acts product. It’s showing that it’s moving through the network with USPS. I called and left a message for you company on Saturday and left my phone number and email address as instructed on the message and have yet to hear from anyone. If a signature was required then i should have been informed of this when i ordered the product. So now i have a nice case to carry my insulin pen in but no holder that was ordered. Not impressed so far.

Faulty Vivi caps and awful communication

I bought two Vivi caps that didn’t work. I followed the instructions from their Support email but they still didn’t work. I sent the Vivi caps back to them and sent them a copy of the package tracker, and the confirmation from the packaging company confirming that the package had been delivered and received by Tempramed. I have emailed several times asking for confirmation, a reply or an idea of next steps. They have poor customer service and do not reply to any emails. I have not received any form of communication or a refund for faulty products. I am extremely disappointed and urge people to avoid purchasing from this company.

Best purchase ever

I purchased this pen for my mom 6 or 7 years ago. Well, a cooler type pen for her pen and we take it everywhere whether we're going shopping or out to eat because her pen needs to stay cool and we absolutely love it. And I am so thankful that we purchased it. And I think it's wise for everyone to have one Aunt. Whether you spend a dollar or spend $200, it's advisable to have one better. Be safe than sorry when it comes to insulin because it needs to stay chilled. So my advice is if you don't have one get one, they're amazing and I'm not sorry that I bought it for her. It's the greatest investment.

Keep insulin at the right temp!

Shipping was super-fast and so far I have not had any issues whatsoever! For people with diabetes who inject insulin, maintaining your insulin at a stable temperature is crucial! This helped me to keep insulin at a safe temperature.
