I have placed my order on 14th august from India my order is still not shipped ..after 5 days after contacting tempramed support numerous times they told me my address is not complete and they are unable to ship. I immediately replied to mail giving them all details they wanted. Now even after 3 days there is no response whatsoever.
This is not a causal order or ordered just for fun. You get it right? Its is supposed to make life easier which is already as a t1d is tough!!!!
Please sort this issue or initiate my refund. i am so tired already please I genuinely request you to expedite this entire process.

This devise has helped me tremendously. My insulin had gone bad due to incorrect temperature. My sugars were spiking and bottoming out constantly. Now with the Vivi cap I can relax and trust my insulin is correct.

I have been trying to get help from their support for months. They will email me a question, I respond, then silence. I never get anything back. I have three vivicaps. I have changed insulin so the pens don't fit anymore. I don't want to buy more caps, I just need the adapter rings. The last email thread with them I told them what I need. They replied asking me what insulin I changed to. After I told them their response was, yep Vivicaps are compatible.... didn't bother to answer my question. Not even close. Company is a joke.

I had a faulty product come through the post, obviously no fault to anyone. I contacted the support team and within weeks the product was replaced with a new one, so far the vivicap working nicely. Thank you

Pay extra for faster delivery 1-3 days and it will take 6 days to arrive at my house. It's really unacceptable.

The company is a scam. Their units are made in China with the poorest quality available. The units have many issues that have never been addressed. Be cautious - this product can lead to spoiling your insulin or other medications.

By far the worst experience and product I’ve ever bought. I thought I was buying a cooling device to keep my insulin in. It was $170, I mean who would’ve thought it was just a plastic storage case. This thing doesn’t keep my insulin cool at all. I reached out to return it the day after I received the package. They replied 2 days later without providing me a return option. I’m well within the return period but they are just ignoring me. Do not buy from them as they are a complete scam company. They say there is a return policy but they will just ignore you. Product doesn’t work. Stay far away from TempraMed.com.

Update: I replied to support 6/30/25 at 1PM and am now awaiting a response.
I ordered two of the VIVI Cap: Thermal Pen Protection. I was excited when I got an email saying it had been delivered to my mailbox. I went to the mailbox and it wasn't there. I waited a day, but still nothing. I contacted customer service and was told it was delivered and that was it. I let them know that it was not delivered to me. They responded saying the exact same thing, it was delivered. But it wasn't. I tried chat and after nearly half an hour I was never answered. I called and was told from a recording that no one was there to talk to me. I did leave a message. Customer service has been horrible. I am now out the items and the money and no one is helping me.

I have used this system since late 2022. I had some difficulty with the closures and asks for parts to make a repair. Surprisingly I was asked to send them back, which I did Today, I received two full replacements with no other cost to me other than one way shipping. Thank you! I am a loyal customer for life.

My VIVI Cap insulin cooler malfunctioned, prompting me to reach out to the company for a replacement under their warranty. Initially, the responses and instructions from customer service were prompt; however, after we returned the item and it was acknowledged by the courier, all communication ceased despite my numerous emails and support tickets. I am profoundly disappointed with the customer support I received from tempramed.com, as I anticipated a higher level of assistance.
Please exercise caution when dealing with this company.

I am truly exasperated with tempramed customer service . I ordered my vivicap to come to the UK and when it arrived it didn’t work. The green light would not come on. I have emailed tempramed 10 times and left voice messages but they avoid telling me what to do next . They told me to send it back but how? To where? When will I get the replacement ? How long will it take ? Their answer to my questions was to visit the frequently asked questions section in their website of which there is nothing about faulty good or returns.
I don’t know how I can escalate this further
