Tax Reclaim PPI 

I have been dealing with this company for almost a year and it’s disgusting how they get away with it. I reported them to action fraud. Who were very interested as they’ve have had a lot of complaints. What they did say is more people need to report this so they can have more evidence. Please do this

Have already put a review but since i've discovered they been telling lies, i phoned the tax office this morning 8th February 2023 and was told tax reclaim ppi ltd had cashed my cheque for £378 last August the 6th, they told me the cheque was missing, fraudsters.

It is a simple Nd straightforward process and glad that they were able to recover tax owed as planned and promised.

I received a letter from HMRC on the 28th December, stating that I was due £599.04. They stated that they would send a cheque to Nationwide PPI Claims. As of today, I've received nothing from these people, no emails telephone call, I understand they take a %, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.

The process of getting my tax refund straight off of HMRC was a little complicated and drawn out.Thomas at this Company did his best to push this through for me keeping me informed along the way.

I received a text saying I going to have the funds played into my account today 10/01/2023 after providing bank details. I later received another text saying my details are invalid. What's going on? I will change my rating once I get the funds but right now I'm not happy

I would suggest going back to HMRC as i have given they do not answer calls or respond to email. Since sitting on my cheque which by law they have 3 days to forward minus fees they have since filed account for a dormant company yet processed my application and accepted post filing. Companies house informed if it's worth the paper written on! Additionally a company named Ensign Advisory Limited were noted as advised of the refund on HMRC correspondents. I have lodged a formal complaint with HMRC and suggest anyone else in the same situation does the same. Mine was also a PAYE overpayment NOT a PPI Refund so I am baffled how this is able to happen under a government department, I say that but under the current leadership it actually is not surprising.
If all else fails - The sole Director is named PATEL, Fahim, born May 1991, registered office Qd Business Centre, Suite 125, Norfolk Street, Liverpool, England, L1 0BG. I am sure someone in the area will be able to point you in the direction of this criminal and then I'll leave the rest to you..... ;-)

Daylight robbery,took 60% of my payout and now can't get a hold if them . AVOID !!!!!

Too many suspicious and unsatisfactory results/reviews - their claim, today, of 80% good reviews absolutely does not concur with my checks - which is why I didn't continue with my application, much as I would have appreciated a cash return.

Still appalling service from this bunch of scammers.
Had to laugh at those complaining about waiting since October.
I've been chasing my money since March 22nd. I have received not a penny of my near on £1000 refund. Which is not even PPI, its a refund of overpaid PAYE.
Hope you had a lovely Xmas party on my money.
Do not go within 100 miles of this bunch of crooks.

Had a phone call from nasionwide ppi on Tuesday saying they had received my payment from HMRC and they would Bacs £1000 into my bank with in48 Gower's have still not received it phon tex no reply what do I do next b simmons

Avoid at all costs. Still waiting Thomas Ford!!!! Or should I say Fahim Patel who is listed as the Company Director of this Company within Companies House with Dormant accounts posted in 2021 of £100 net in the bank. Public Record. Do your homework first folks - unlike me!!!!

Sent another email this morning. You do not appear to have a phone. Next course legal redress.

DON’T USE THESE SCAMMERS, I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH THEM BUT MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM HMRC TO SAY I WAS DUE A REBATE AND A CHEQUE HAD BEEN SENT TO THESE CRIMINALS, I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO THEM WITHOUT REPLY, SO I HAVE GIVEN THEM UNTIL NEXT WEEK BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

Very efficient service. Kept you updated on the process throughout. Only downside is the commission that they take is very high.

Updated 19.11.23 - I only posted this review only because I was asked to and I would receive a £50 reward! Guess what, yes you guessed right, I’ve never received the award. I have emailed them many times but no answer.

I trusted Tax Reclaim PPI to get the job done & they didn’t let me down.. I gave them my details & they got to work..
Received an email saying that they had my payment from HMRC and I just had to confirm my details and my payment (Less % charge) was in the bank the very same day..

Still waiting for my £50 admin refund. I have emailed several times in regard to this and had no response!!

I have followed the instructions in your response and still nothing!!

I received a letter from HMRC regarding a tax rebate from my PPI payment. I then received several emails and texts from PH Advisory asking me to verify my details.
I tried to do this but their system would only accept 3 digits from my birth year. I have sent several emails telling only to receive a generic reply that the issue would be escalated. I have tried phoning several times without being able to talk to anyone. I can only assume now that this company are untrustworthy. If they would care to prove otherwise, they should feel free to do so.

HMRC issued a cheque to you from my tax account for over £700 in October 2022 - no one has been in touch to pay me the amount less fees. Emails get ignored and you can't call them.
