Tax Reclaim PPI 

P.H.Advisory, stay away very skanky business, they charge for tax rebate you get anyways. Will never use again

Used these people once a few months back after being told i may be entitled to tax back which i did get only a small amount which they took half of. Anyway just a couple of weeks ago got a message from hmrc saying i paid to much tax so put a claim in to hmrc got my £64 now yesterday and today ive had loads of messages from this company saying they want half how do you stop these people i have emailed them i dont want on going service with them didn't realise i was still connected to them the cheek-but had no response so far any ideas i havnt paid them as they will do this forever i think

Absolutely awful company! Do not use. They phoned me nearly 3 years ago to say I would be receiving my PPI tax back, as of today still nothing apart from a message on HMRC from July saying they’d sent my refund to this company. My emails have sometimes been ignored & I’ve had to chase them for answers. Still can’t understand why I paid over £2,000 in tax on my PPI claims but HMRC say they sent a cheque for £219 as my tax refund! I’ve asked the company for an explanation but got nothing back. Not happy!!!

Do NOT GO WITH CLAIM LION ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD AT ALL THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT DEAL WITH UR CLAIMS PROPERLY AND THEY ARE ALSO IGNORANT TO CUSTOMERS AND USE THREATS IF U CHOSSE TO LEAVE THEM SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I emailed Reclaim ppi Ltd, and the following day they said that they would refund my payment by BACS, and that I would receive the payment by Christmas. So I hope that they keep there word, and it is paid. I have been paid, everything was paid within 24 hours, of me contacting them.

Been waiting months to be paid the telephone is disconnected to this company ,beginning to think I’ve been scammed

I was contacted by this company in January 2023. They received a rebate of just under a £1000 in April. I tried to contact them via telephone but the number only rings once and then disconnects. On one occasion instead of being disconnected l was given a voice message stating the telephone line had been disconnected due to possible fraud. They contacted me again today saying they want my bank account details. Alarm bells ringing. They don't need my bank details to pay me. Cheque would be perfectly acceptable. Have again been contacted . Because l have refused to give them my bank details they have said it will take up to 4 weeks to pay me by cheque. It has now been 7 weeks and l have still not recieved any payment from them. I am now having to start legal proceedings against Tax Reclaim PPI to recover the money they owe me. If I could have given them no stars as a rating l would have. TOTAL SCAM

Absolutely tamping, just received my Cheque off them, they take 60% of what is owed to you. It’s taken almost a year. I wish I’d done the application myself. But we live and learn

Very happy was worried at first.. But payment came in today was less than I thought less than half but it's money I didn't have..

Considering only yesterday they said will take 7 days it went in this morning

UPDATE- was finally contacted as a result of them seeing this review, and told they hadnt been able to make payment as they had no details to make a bank transfer. I was never advised they needed these and previous payment had been made by cheque.
Bank details were then provided and on 1 February I received an email stating my payment would be made within 7 working days. No surprise that 10 working days later NO payment has been received!!
I would seriously avoid this company and go on the Money Saving Expert website and use their guidance to do the reclaim yourself!

I received a letter from HMRC dated 14/02/2023 advising a cheque had been sent to this company regarding a PPI tax reclaim and then another one for another tax year on 2 July 2023. To date no payment received rom Tax reclaim PPI Ltd for either of these. Have left numerous messages with the company and none of them returned.
Just spoken to HMRC to see if cheques have been cashed, they can't tell me this but have advised that I report the matter on actionfraud.police.uk

Received a letter from HMRC on 14/08/22 stating I was owed £203.59. A cheque was being sent to TAX RECLAIM PPI LTD for that amount... I still have NOT received my payout from these people, I have tried phoning, I have e mailed and nothing ! Scam artists of the highest order taking peoples money especially when those people need it

Received two letters from HM REVENUE & CUSTOMS stating I owe £311.80 and £1948.35 in Tax, due to TAX CLAIMS SOLUTIONS LTD.
As a overpayment was given to me, not my fault the only mistake I made was going with this PPI Claims Solutions Ltd.
Contacted HMRC and was told it has to be paid back by me a unemployed and off long term sick.

Can some one tell ne how much does this company take of you,i thought it was 20%,
They have taken 40+% of me
Also out wrong bame on cheque so im unable to cash.

My husband is still waiting for his money, we received letter from HMRC beginning of June. I have just received a letter about mine and have a refund also. Worried now, I am not going to get what is owed to me. Especially with all these reviews. Emailed but no response.

Update. I have had a reply and they are sorting it. A lovely lady called Poppy emailed me and said they have a massive backlog.
I worried after reading reviews. They are sending it via BACS within 7 working days. So please just be patient update money went in for Husbands. Hopefully it is not long for mine. I will update again when I receive mine.

Update: emailed Poppy, check was there. Received money there same day she replied. Thank you. So updated score.

i have made an official complaint i have had no acknowledgement, just passed from pilar to post
in the one reply i did have before i made it official was of no help at all
i am querying quiet a few things and have considered solicitors to act on my behalf
the process is clearly not explained and what they do in my opinion is not quiet right

This company owes me a lot of money it should of been released 3 months ago. If the HMRC did there job properly when I phoned them in 2021 they refused to give me money owed so I just left it. Until this so called company got in touch and stupid me went through with it I should of wait. You have my money I want it asap or return it back to HMRC .
