Still waiting for refund from regarding tax refund

It took a long time to sort things out you were quick to pay me but have not received the £50 admin charge you promised me.

I have an r mail to say my refund was paid 27/10/22 I cannot locate any amount or the A/c it was paid to . Can you assist please ?

I received a tax refund of£396 still waiting after filling in my personal details wow your taking half the money but still no cheque

Sent a letter from HMRC regarding my tax refund being sent to Phillipson Hardwick even though never had any dealings with them. Won’t even answer the phone when trying to speak to them

Sent yous letters saying that you had cheque from the HRMC for me,you said I had spoken to a colleague of yours,I haven't spoken to anyone from your company

This company is a scam and a fraud They unbeknown to me put their name on my Tax account and conned £1,365,05 from the tax office as I don't pay tax i knew nothing about this until a letter from HMRC I have spoken to Action Fraud and my MP. This was back in July after many emails do not phone as their phones do not work I have annoyed them so much they have paid everything back and have not taken commission which they think is very generous of them.I don't think they were not entitled to anything in the first place they forged my signiture they have now sent a letter to HMRC taking their name off my account. I was sending emails nearly every day and they have now told me to go away and annoy someone else LOL It has been a pleasure doing this and it has got results. So may I suggest you all do the same. I have not finished and my MP is taking up the case with the treasury

Where is my money you told me I would have it in my bank account in48 hours that was four days ago can someone contact me on this matter mr john mccann

After review submitted and confirmed, promised admin refund £50 has still not been released and no reply to several emails sent.
Thomas Ford never deliver on their
Promise,without having to chase.
Not happy with this non service as are many others dealing with this company.

Update to my previous reviews regarding the £50 admin charge refund:
after the silence I finally got an email 17/11 from Tom Ford quote:
“It’s actually an admin fee which gets taken from everyone, anyone that wrote a positive review was paid”
On 7/11 a previous email said,quote:
“The refund has been paid have all transfer proof if you would like it” ??!!

I Never received the £50 refund or any proof!”

I was always told: “Honesty is the best policy “.
Maybe not in this case

I signed up with this company to reclaim my PPI Tax,i received 4 letters from HM Revenue of how much Tax i was due, these were dated 12 July 2022,& that they would be sending the cheque to this company,iv'e been in contact with HM Revenue this morning,& basically,there isnt anything i can do,iv'e emailed them,& no response,& i most certainly would not recommend this company,they are a bunch of Scammers,& should be reported,

I filled in forms regarding tax reclaim within and couple of weeks I had a letter from hmrc saying a letter had been sent to tax reclaim, with in days I had a call from a lady saying they had my payment from hmrc I emailed my bank details,later that day my money was in my bank, very quick and very reliable also brilliant response.

I applied for my PPI tax rebate in June 2021, after months of chasing, and even calling the HMRC and going over everything for an hour, finally got a letter from HMRC in August 2022 saying that a cheque will be sent to taxreclaimppi. October 2022 after chasing again finally get my payment, which was 10% of what I was told I would get. Not brilliant but at least I got my money.

they were good just make sure you check there deductions hope you don't forget that refund

Thus company that when a review was done they would refund £50 admin charge I did the review and e mailed them
To say that I had they said they had already paid it which they have not as I double checked with the bank no £50 was refunded
They still said they had paid it and was going to send me proof of payment know they ignore my emails thus company is not to be trusted and do not keep their word word

I found uses very good I wouldn't have known that I had money sitting there till you contacted me my claim was deal with my money was in the bank when they said it was really please with the service many thanks
