Mr Ford thank you so much for your reply however any e mail sent to the e mail address you have provided come back as undeliverable why can’t you provide a telephone number so people can speak to you you must be aware that the numbers on your website and on any e mail signatures are not working, do you purposely try to make everything such hard work ?

Stole my husbands tax refund!!! Tried to contact this company first number says closed due to fraudulence then second number tells you to leave message or email!! Husband is contacting Police!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I havent recieved my tax return & i know they have recieved my cheque from hmrc

Still awaiting the remainder of my TAX REFUND which you stole

You are intercepting HONEST TAX REFUNDS!! What us the purpose of your so called 'legitimate' company? What is the purpose?

You are deceiving innocent people under the banner of 'PPI'
You are claiming ' Tax Refunds' from work related refunds. I have have the evidence from my letter from the HM Tax Office!!
Your corrupt l will inform, write, and shout from every roof top until l get the rest of my TAX REFUND!!
Fraudulent activities!!

When a journalist investigates you and your corrupt company and tell me that your so called company if fit for purpose then that fine. Until that time l want the rest of my money, bunch of crooks!!!!!

Received a letter from HMRC saying my refund of tax was sent to this company. Spoke to someone there they said they would sort. Heard nothing back. They have had my money and not released any to me

coming up to 8 weeks, not heard anything. Recently accessed my personal tax account and it says they have received my check.

Have emailed them directly . If not spoken to this week I will take into my own hands, and will be contacting HMRC, fraud, and trading standards !

Finally got the payment from them. A big chunk was taken but still a result

We got a call from this company March 22. We have been back and forth since then and they have always blamed HMRC. They got my money last month but according to them they haven’t heard from HMRC! If I don’t get my money in the next couple of days I will be pursuing a fraud case. Their phone number isn’t useable due to “fraud investigations “. My advice? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What a shambles of a company. They have had my money for over a month from HMRC . No phone number and emailed the manager Thomas . I’m going to the police for fraud and reported to HMRC . This company needs to be shut down

I would now like to give a positive review have now received money after emailing again and poppy emailed me saying I should receive money in five days it was 3days I received in my account

I received a letter from HMRC, dated 6th march 2023 informing me of my tax refund, and that a cheque had been forwarded to tax reclaim ppi Ltd, but heard nothing. I have wrote to HMRC and not heard anything back from them either.

Like most of you reading these reviews I had the wind put right up me...however folks I Emailed my concerns to Thomas Ford who confirmed my HMRC cheque had been received, and when I can expect my BACs payout. All went to script,money in bank. I would like to take a star away for fees but I guess I knew all that beforehand.

Scamming . Took my details fraudulently took my money . Phone no is dead . Not reply to emails . Avoid at all costs

Was promised money would be in my account within 72 hours, not received a penny yet. Looks like I will be taking this further.

had a letter from the tax office dated the 26th march 2023 saying am due some money back tryed the phone number but answer and goes onto answer machine i havent recieve any money
