We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after being advised of a delivery date that was not met. This is not the level of service we aim to provide as the bank holiday weekend changed the delivery date, sorry.

You supplied me with an old style door lock gearbox.
You supplied me with a door lock gearbox which seemed unavailable elsewhere. It is the older style and it arrived the next day!

Truly PVC Ltd is the worst company ever
Truly PVC Ltd is the worst company i have dealt with on amazon they sold me a defected door lock that wont open and they wanted me to pay to send it back to them. There customer service is very poor and i would not buy from them again. In the end it was amazon who give me the money back.They make it very hard to send something back to then in the hope you just give up.

We also advised that if the item was confirmed to be faulty upon inspection, we would cover the return postage cost. Unfortunately, the order was never returned to us, so we were unable to investigate the issue further.
We always aim to assist customers with faulty items and provide suitable resolutions wherever possible, and we apologise if this was not reflected in your experience.
Please return the item to us using the Amazon Royal Mail return label provided, and once the item has been inspected and deemed faulty, we will reimburse the return postage cost.

Ordered on a Saturday so didn’t expect until Tuesday so told the customer it would be Tuesday. Arrived Monday and was able to fit that afternoon. Excellent product and great customer service. Does what it says on the tin.

Quality products with excellent service
Ordered a new lock for my front door at a reasonable price and it arrived within a couple of days. I wont think twice if I need further locks in the future.
