My first time using a warranty service for my vehicle so thought the worse was coming but how wrong was I , within a couple of calls my claim was sorted and booked in , staff /customer service was so helpful and friendly, highly recommend

Lois and Emily are absoulelty smashing their job at spectrum insurance.
My vehicle suffered from the driveshaft falling out which ended up cracking the gearbox.
My anxiety was through the roof as the vehicle had to get transported 4 hour aways to a gearbox specialist in London.
They ensured me that the vehicle was in good hands and made called me on every single update.

The vehicle was picked up on the friday of bank holiday weekend and returned by the thursday. Cant fault what spectrum have to offer or their staff!!!

Louis was very helpful and made the process very clear and easy.

I contacted Spectrum Insurance Services for the first time today to ask about making a new claim and to understand how the process works, as this was my first time using the warranty since purchasing my car from Motorpoint. I spoke with Lindsy, who was extremely helpful and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process very straightforward. The service was quick, efficient and friendly, and I felt genuinely supported throughout the call. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

​I had a fantastic experience speaking with Lois regarding my Spectrum account. She was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient in resolving my issues, making the whole process completely stress-free.

Spoke to Emily regards my car going to a main dealer for the diagnostic work. She was very helpful and fully explained the process I and the dealer must follow and also sent a comprehensive email with all the details i required to hopefully get my claim approved. Very happy with the service provided by Emily.

I just wanted to say I couldn’t have asked for a better insurance/warranty
to use for my car. The smooth process and communication have been exceptional. Becky who dealt with my problem was so patient and understanding when I was explaining my problem and really made me feel at ease with it all, everything is quite stressful when it comes to cars. The advice, support of where to take my car and how it all works just took away a little of the stress. I will definitely always use Spectrum and recommend also. I’ve been really impressed with the service I received from Spectrum. I had an issue with my car and needed to make a claim under my warranty, and everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process.

A special thank you to Emily, Sarah, Caitlin, Rebecca and Daniel. Every person I dealt with genuinely seemed keen to help and did everything they could to get things resolved as quickly as possible. Communication was clear, I always felt listened to, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

Dealing with an unexpected car problem is stressful enough, so having people on the other end of the phone who are friendly, efficient and actually want to help makes such a difference.

I had an issue with my car that needed repairing, they had agreed to reimburse the work in full and explained this process very clearly. I spoke to Jake on the phone today he was very helpful and the service was really fast. He explained the process it was very straightforward and he chased it immediately for me there was no delay. I would 10/10 use these guys again :)
