Snug energy provided the best quotation to fit 14 panels on our house. The agent who came out to quote for the job was well informed and efficient. The process was started very soon after we accepted the quotation, scaffolders arrived in good time to prepare for the installation. The electricians then came to fit the necessary electric fitments. The panel fitters Kieran and Leigh were polite, careful and good communicators. We were very happy with our dealings with this company and would recommend them enthusiastically.

Recently had my solar system installed by snug energy. Couldn’t ask for a better company to do it. They went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly lovely customer services from the office staff to the roofers and electrician I would highly recommend anyone to use these

We first contacted Snug Energy in March 2023 to install a solar PV and battery storage system at our property. From the initial contact through to quotation and some slight modifications to the quote was excellent with them attending our property to survey twice to ensure the system would fit.

We were kept well informed when the scaffolders would come, then when Snug themselves would come to do the installation. On installation day a team of 3 lads who were brilliant efficiently installed the whole system in about 6 hours! We were up and generating that day and its worked flawlessly ever since with zero issues. The payback has been much faster than anticipated so much so that…

We again contacted Snug in January 2025 to add some additional batteries to our system. Once again a very efficient quotation process where we received a quote in under a hour which was promptly accepted. They could also come and fit the batteries in less than a week meaning that we could get an immediate benefit from them. Their engineer, Olusegun was great and did a spectacular job and did a thorough clean up at the end even tho’ I insisted on doing it. Kept me well informed as he worked through the refit and installation of the new batteries. 

I would 100% recommend this company for a solar PV installation on your property.

Scaffold up Friday, panels on Saturday, Electrician Monday finished 5pm.

I'm a tradesmen, not very often I use trades on the house..although I'd recommend Snug. It's neat and tidy.

Very aggressive merchant! I did not complete the transaction because it included parts I had not considered adding, and lo and behold, the transaction went through, and I am facing the headache of undoing it!

Faultless from start to finish, excellent communications and staff. Certainly use again.

Just had solar panels x22 with inverter and battery installed by snug energy. From start to completion the entire team from back office to roofers Kiran and his pal, Joe the electrician and Jamie had been amazing, I could not recommend snug highly enough. Extremely good value for money, communication from back office to customer service fantastic. Zero complaints at all. Many thanks James at No 12 BPH.

From initial visit to end of installation, I really cannot say anything negative about this company. Their price very competitive to install new Viessmann boiler.
The whole installation process by Brett was faultless, polite and kept me fully informed of anything he was doing. He went above and beyond as the job took a few hours longer than planned, he ensured everything was done and done properly with safety in mind, replacing our flue and piping none of which Snug have charged me any extra for. Brett even called the following morning to ensure everything was working okay.
The price I was quoted is what I've paid.

Damaged property, lots of rubbish left sharp wire and mesh, left with unsafe electrical installation for 3 days.

No apology or follow up.

I would not leave either the installation or scaffolding teams on your property without supervision.

Really wish I'd have took my time to review other options available locally.

Had a 3.6kW solar system with 9.5kW battery in May this year. After a couple of niggles which which were sorted through Snug very quickly, we have a super system operating very efficiently. Great support from Andy and his team.

Very efficient and prompt installation, good communications, competitive price.

Snug Energy installed solar and batteries as a subcontractor for EON in December 2022. Have had to get EON to remove and replace all the panels, and they've paid for repairing the roof, removing all the tiles and replacing all the membrane.
Snug Energy damaged tiles, ripped the membrane at every bracket location as not fitted the brackets correctly, causing leaks in the roof.
Not to mention I had to get Snug to redo the wiring as was installed incorrectly and very messily.
So if you have used them, check your loft for ripped membrane/felt !

Well what can we say, we had Snug Energy rep Andrew come round and advised us on the best system for us. He was really helpful and explained everything. We had other quotes but had more faith in this company. In just over a week we have now had our Solar Panels installed, the scaffolding was put up and the two chaps came and put the panels on the roof, the two electricians put the inverter and batteries in and showed us how to download the app. so we can see exactly how it is performing. We cannot praise this firm enough.
We will definitely being recommended them.

We have been very impressed with everything from the initial quote to installation. Andrew gave us lots of information and advice regarding the best system to have and we did not feel pressured at all to accept his quote. All correspondence has been prompt and no issues with installation on the agreed date. Looking forward to greatly reduced electricity bills from now on!

What a marvellous company a true quote and very affordable. Excellent teamwork from the ladies in the office to the tradesman on the job I cannot fault anything about this solar system and the team that went the extra mile above and beyond to install it perfect thankyou snug energy

Absolutely Brilliant, after trolling through hundreds of different companies getting around a dozen quotes and then finally settling for snug energy I was a bit on edge wondering if I had done the right thing however they were brilliant from start to finish could not fault them in any way good set of lads that fitted it and communication from start to finish via email and text was spot on anybody thinking of solar definitely give them a ring ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
