When i did my order they where very kind,unfortunately they send me a wrong object as there was a mistake in the descrizione. They told me they would do a refund but they never send me money.I hai to open a cause on paypal and paypal refunded me. Don't buy from this seller

The vases are so modern-retro / shabby-chic - they’re a real eye catcher.
I ordered all the vases but had to substitute an item for one that wasn’t available - process was easy, with very friendly, fast (literally <24 hr) and transparent communication. Honestly, was a breeze to deal with. Love the products and would buy again in future.

Placed order ages ago never received tracking details then when emailed they were like oh for some reason it hasn’t been sent to you so we’ll send it again as then they were saying oh we sent it but we got it back now. Anyway a week after this conversation they emailed saying yeah we dispatching it today you should get tracking shortly…. Few days later still no tracking or anything! Some scam company that doing some weird stuff. Take your business somewhere else save yourself hassle!

Placed order 1st November not received. No updates - no telephone number to contact and speak to someone - exceptionally poor customer service and no reply to email - 24/48 hours is not acceptable

UPDATE: Email after email after email of lies and delay tactics - email saying we have sent you an email giving an update - did not forward original or inform me what the email.

Another asking if I had received order which I had already told them that I hadn’t. Request refund.

Another asking me to confirm my card details - which they have in the first place as they took payment.

Requested that they call me but they are too small to cope with that - their explanation.

Chased refund - reply this is with their processor and could I confirm cards details AGAIN - so many emails when one call would get all of these details and at least 2/3 days waiting for a response

The above is just a sample of the despicable customer service and just lie after lie.

I’m sure they’d call if there was a problem with my payment.

Fraudulent company avoid, avoid, avoid do not deserve anyones business - mistakes happen but not addressing them and learning from them is poorer than poor.

Let’s see how ( or should I say if) they respond to their negative reviews which are just as important as the positive.

BUYER BEWARE: Do not order from this dishonest company. Placed order 2 1/2 weeks ago. Despite repeated emails & assurances items are being shipped, I have yet to receive any tracking info. I have filed a report with Paypal.

I saw the vases on a friend’s Instagram and fell in love so ordered three. There was a little hiccup with the courier as I’m in a new build development and they couldn’t find us so Silhouette Vases found a way around this and for the minor delay in receiving my order sent me two extra vases. I’ve never experienced such attentive customer service, I was truly impressed. They messaged me back fast when I had any questions and were so helpful. Thank you so, so much 🖤

Item purchased 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it, have chased and have been fobbed off repeatedly. Asked for a refund prior to the item being dispatched but mysteriously they did not read the email before they apparently sent the item.

The item has allegedly just been dispatched but the tracking number is unrecognised. This business trades as a ‘small local business’, this is definitely not the case.

Save your money or pay with a method that you can raise a dispute in the event that you do not get the service/item you have paid for.
