IT’S SCAM! Never buy from them!
I ordered a vase & pampas and they never arrived. So I asked for the refund that never arrived neither!!! A fraud.

I ordered the vases and they are good quality. The only issue I had was it took 2 weeks for them to get back me as there was no tracking number and they lost my address. After a few messages back and forth they managed to resend them again. It took a few months but we got there in the end.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

You will lose your money and not receive any products! This has been going on 6 weeks now and keeps on blaming Royal Mail for losing them EVERY TIME!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY!!!

Purchased early January - items were not recieved I followed up only to be told they hadn't sent - weeks of back and forth with ME following up the SLOW email responses.....
Then told I'd get a refund - 9 weeks later still chasing - slow slo responses and always me following up.
This is ridiculous - requested direct contact nothing - next step is to go around to the registered address....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - SCAM!!!!

They have told me three times to ship out my vases but I still havent received anything. This is a scam. DON’T purchase!!! Says shipping time is 1-3 days. Now three weeks later, they still haven’t shipped out anything.

Do not recommend at all!

Ordered online, despite the delivery taking longer than anticipated (not due to seller, but manufacturer), I was kept fully informed through the process and had regular check points to ensure all was in hand.
Received the items which were a fab addition to a newly decorated bedroom. The candle holder and vase with pampas grass is a real statement on shelving.
Would order from them again, really happy with overall experience.

Of course, I haven't heard anything from you. I shouldn't be taking care of this. You have the obligation to return the money to me, if not, I will take legal action. You are irreproachable, thieves and liars. I'm more than tired of writing to you. It's my last warning.

I had ordered a vase from silhouette vases but it seemed to have been delayed because of a slight issue, But i sent a quick email and everything was resolved very fast, absolutely love my vase!

It took various weeks for the vases to arrive (it was Christmas time to be honest), but during the whole period the team answered all my emails and tried their best, always keeping in touch. They just arrived and they are GORGEOUS! I am so happy 😍 great customer service and great items 🥰 thank you

Product is exactly as described and so cute!, like a couple of people there was a delay over the christmas period but they were incredibly helpful and apologetic and followed up with me to ensure my order arrived. 100% for customer service and a great product too.

there were some delays with my order due to christmas time and shipping but the company was very responsive and supportive. my vases arrived in perfect condition they are exactly what i was expecting! will definitely be repurchasing from them in the future

I bought a vase a couple years ago and have enjoyed it and wanted to add a second to my mantle recently. Placed an order and received an email about a week later apologizing that the order hadn’t shipped and that it would get resolved. Unfortunately the order still didn’t get shipped and at that point Emily, the founder of the company personally got involved to make sure I got my order. Love the product and the way Emily cares about her company.

Very kind staff, they had a problem with the shipping and wrote to me every day to find out the update!

Nice vases. A bit smaller than expected, but still very nice.
