I ordered some flowers and a vase back in January 23, 2026. I paid over $200 New Zealand and I never received my package. I got lots of emails from them saying they’ve sent another package and they’ve sent another package and it was all just lies. This website is a scam and people need to be aware. Do not order from them.

Total scam site. I never received my order, after contacting them, they said they would send me a replacement, but after asking numerous times they would not give me any tracking information. After 2 months, I finally was refunded by my credit card company. Why are they still operating?

One star is way too much!! Please stay away from this company because this is a SCAM. Placed two orders on 12-Mar and it’s now two months later and I have received nothing. The whole scheme is as follows: you place an order and you pay and a few days later you receive an email from the “founder” Emily saying that the order was shipped and is on the way to you and some slight delays are expected but she is personally monitoring everything to ensure a smooth process. NO SHIPPING DETAILS ARE EVER PROVIDED, but because of this initial email, customers don’t suspect anything until a few weeks later. When you request an update, Emily says oops something must have gone wrong with the delivery but no worries, she is dispatching another order to you right away. But again, no shipping confirmation and no shipping details are ever provided. When you request a third update - she is acting surprised you didn’t receive anything and starts asking if you missed the delivery note, etc - at this point her lies become very silly and shallow. And again, no shipping details are provided. This seems to be a tactic to postpone your suspicion as much as possible until it’s too late for you to get your money back via a chargeback from your card/bank.

The comments on their instagram page and the reviews you see on their website are manipulated. I left several comments on instagram to complain about the service (or rather the lack of service) and my comments were deleted after a few days. In the meantime though, several other people commented with the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE as me; one messaged me that she is trying to recover more than 100 £ via chargeback. I discovered multiple fake accounts tagged on the instagram page, claiming that the pictures were the users’ products purchased from the merchant. If you click on the tagged account, the user doesn’t exist. I am baffled that these criminals have been allowed to operate for so long and have managed to deceive so many people. I am also mad that we cannot do more to stop them.

Scam. Don’t order - you don’t get what you ordered and paid for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Scam website. Orders were never delivered, giving excuses that shipments were lost and resent. When requested a refund despite all promises, no money refund were received.

I am writing this review as a developer, this guy hired me to do some tasks on his store but as soon as the tasks are done he removed the store access and stopped answering my messages, He still owe me $100
