Silhouette Vases 

Having been sent a 40% code I thought it’s too good to be true - it was. I’m still waiting for my vases after over 2 weeks and after asking for a refund I’m being fobbed off. A tracking number was sent but not recognised. If the vases are coming from China then at least say so or give some idea of delivery time, not 3-4 days as advertised.

Honestly I was skeptical because I ordered the silhouette vases and pampas due to a sale ad on social media. It did take several weeks to receive my order but I absolutely love them. The vases are sturdy and good quality. They vary in size with the tallest being about 12 inches. The pampas are delicate and just as pictured and managed to stay well protected during transit. Customer service replied quickly to my emails when I inquired about my order. They also reached out promptly when an item was out of stock and gave me the option for a refund or replacement with a different item. Highly recommend.

So disappointed with Silhouette and the deceptive service I have encountered. I ordered two sets of vases (second order was by accident). They told me they could only refund me for the second mistake order vases (fair enough) once I send them back (from Australia so wasn’t cheap). 6 months later they have still not refunded my order. They have led me on for months (“we’re having issues with processing your refund, it should be there on Wednesday” or “are your card details right” etc etc). I am quite disgusted that people can do this. Now I can’t even look at the vases (which I quite liked) as it reminds me of what a dishonest company they are. Don’t trust in my opinion.

I wouldn’t even waste my money even if they had a sale again. I spent $150+ on products. Shipping was delayed because they couldn’t read a street address properly. When it did arrive half of my products I purchased were missing, as if I got someone else’s order and I when I contacted them for a refund they asked for a photo of the goods I received. WORST SERVICE I’ve ever received!

I absolutely adore my purchase from silhouette vase. I had been looking for tall faux pampas for some time. The pampas purchased from silhouette vases are luxury pampas. The pampas are soft, fluffy and evenly dispersed. Even after postage the pampas separated perfectly. The vase is elegant and fits perfectly in any room in my house. Thank you for a gorgeous product.

Customer service is excellent - as delivery took a little bit longer than I expected (a month) but the team, and Emily in particular were always so responsive and helpful with updates on when I could expect the order to arrive. The product itself is beautiful too, exactly like you see in the images & very durable, arriving in pristine condition! Would happily order again, especially now knowing delivery takes a few weeks.

I wanted something a little different to stand out in my living room and my vase did just that. Everyone who comes round comments on it 🤍

I purchased the 5 bundle to help dress my new kitchen/dining/livingroom, which was being filmed for Chanel 5's Dream Kitchens and Bathrooms with Mark Millar. The vases are lovely and we have them in 4 locations in the room. They look good individually and also grouped together.
They came securely wrapped and undamaged.
Slightly pricey, as have seen them elsewhere, but I can vouch for the quality of these and not other companies.

I love these vases… they look so good and really aesthetically pleasing on the eye from all angles. The only issue is, once you’ve got one shape, you want them all. They look fab on their own or with some pampass in. Slim sleek design and great price for how they look.

I bought 3 vases from this company and they are all so stunning. They are great quality and look amazing no matter where I put them. Customer service is also great as the staff couldn’t do enough for you! I would definitely recommend Silhouette Vases.

I saw this page on Instagram through a sponsored ad and was in love with the idea instantly. This was my first time looking at silhouette vases and I could not resist getting them for myself. In addition, the prices are beautiful like their designs. They add an aesthetic to my room’s corner. No doubt, they should be in every person’s house :)

I ordered the beautiful vases from this company, but they all came with many defects, which the company claimed were "minor defects".

The minimum that is required is that, at the high price that these small and innovative wire vases cost, they must be perfect.

I contacted the company to find a solution and agreed to receive half of the money as compensation.
The last email exchanged was on 29/11/2022.

Until today the money has not been returned and I have the vases ready to go to the trash because they are in such bad condition and affect the decoration of my house.

They are 3 quality products. Very bad!

I love these vases they can be styled various ways and match most interiors. Delivery was quick and 3 for 2 was such a good offer. Would 100% buy again!

I ordered three vases in December 2022 (order #47092). In 06/03/23, I still haven’t received anything, but the money was withdrawn from my account (30/12/2022). They were, in general, responsive while I was asking for updates on the delivery. They don’t know what happened with the delivery.
Edit (23/03/23): the company told me that they would refund the money, but nothing was received yet.
Edit (27/04/23): after weeks waiting for refund, and many emails back and forth, I gave up the refund and asked the company to send me the order again. It was finally received yesterday (4 months after the purchase). I changed the review from 1 to 3 stars because I finally got the vases and they look nice, but I am not sure I would buy with them again. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.
