Silhouette Vases 

After waiting a little while for despatch, I received my vase & flowers & I am very happy with them. They look great against my black & white room. When the other rooms are re-decorated I would definitely consider ordering again.

My vase is beautiful. There are cheaper knock-offs out there, but a lot of the reviews for those weren't good. I found Silhouette's to be great for quality of product, packaging, and overall experience. I will order more vases later. I wish I could submit a photo to show how lovely my vase look.

Similar experience to the other negative ones here. I order my items in January, it's now July and I still haven't received them. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and nothing, to the point where they have now stopped replying. They have also removed my negative comments on Instagram to maintain a positive look to the outside world. I am reporting them to Trading Standards!

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. It’s now been 3 months and nothing has arrived. I’ve asked for my refund to be processed 9 times now to which I recieve a response saying they will look into it and process the refund but nothing has happened and no refund recieved. If I could give 0 stars that wouldn’t even be low enough to describe the horrific experience I have had with this company.

As promised, I am updating my last review! I have just received my order of 3 for 2 vases and pampas grass, and they are lovely! All well packed and just as advertised! Yes it was a wait and yes I was more than concerned I had been scammed - but no! This is a genuine review, with a genuine love of the goods and Emily is a genuine person! She kept in touch with me the whole way through saying she was experiencing difficulties but assuring me the order and delivery was ongoing - and it was! The only issue I have now is which vase to put where? They are striking in their simplicity! So, if you encounter any issues or delays, bear with it - it's worth it! EDINBURGH

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. I ordered a 3 piece set 3 months ago and they have NOT sent anything!!! I have emails regarding the order and they have claimed for than twice that they would ship my order asap but haven’t even gotten them. Absolute JOKE of a company

It’s been 6 months I’ve been waiting for my delivery. Only once I started commenting their Instagram posts they started to reply to me. They keep saying that they have shipped it but at the same time they keep saying give me your adress.
It’s been 6 months and I’m done being nice to them. They’re a scam and I want my money back. Only if I could show you screenshots of our conversation you’ll understand how much of a scam they are. Hope my lawyer manages to sue them.

This company was the most unprofessional business that I have dealt with. I ordered in December and by
End of January, had not heard anything regarding my shipping order information. Emailed the regarding my order and they said they would send another order out.
Again, same thing. No information at all on the order. By this time it is the end March. The event I needed them for had past. I emailed and asked for a refund, they said they would cancel order and refund me the 140.40. No refund has happened, despite emails back and forth regarding it. I cannot understand how they can keep my money on a order they didn’t send and cancelled. Now they aren’t even responding to my numerous emails. It is May now, Almost six months since I ordered from them.

The item was returned and acknowledged but it was never refunded without any response. Avoid using this company.

Horrible experience!!! Just the worst small business company ever!!! I ordered my vases, they couldn’t deliver them to me , said that we will deliver once more! Once more I wrote my address and once again they couldn’t make a proper delivery! That process already took around two months!!!!! Then I kindly asked to return my money back. They asked me for the IBAN, address etc. I have all the necessary information. One month passes - no money on my bank account. I am writing - where is my money? They start acting like fools, like saying “oh can you please resend us the iban”? One month later. “Oh are you sure that your credit card is active?”
I mean, how could a person possibly not be angry with such bad attitude?????? When a small business doesn’t return you YOUR MONEY???????? Already from NOVEMBER!!!!!! I am trying to figure out where my money is!!!!!!!!

I bought a set of three black vases and really enjoyed the quality and how they look on my living room! They took a little longer to arrive (I live in Mexico), but I always got a quick response from the team letting me know the status and helping me fix this inconvenient... highly recommend it!

As many others mentioned, shipping took a while, but if you're not in a hurry to receive the vases, be patient! They really do make a nice addition to a centre piece which is where I currently have them.
Throughout the order process, the team was very communicative as well which was reassuring for getting the final product delivered and sent!

This is an absolute scam. I ordered in January, still have not received anything nor money return. They just keep writing back stupid emails, but never send anything. Stay away!
