Silhouette Vases 

absolute waste! i ordered kiku flowers, large vase, candle holders & twisted taper candles. the order arrived about a month after ordering. the flowers are very flimsy and not as pictured. the vase is just okay. the candle holders are small and light-weighted. the twisted taper candles were not in the package. i emailed back and forth with emily about the missing candles and she finally gave in and said the candles were unable to ship to the US. i requested a refund and have yet to receive it. i spent $180 on crap! complete scam.

I placed an order with Silouette Vases on 18th Dec 2024, my order never arrived, they said it was returned and that they would resend the order. The replacement order never arrived and tracking details either not received or did not work. Back and forwards with emails from Emily, who takes days and sometimes up to a week to reply. They eventually cancelled my order, however I am still waiting for my refund. They are scammers, do not buy from this company.

Ordered 2 sets of flowers and vases in January and they have never arrived to Australia. Contacted the company and got a response from Emily. Said she will resend. No tracking numbers with Au Post. Still haven't arrived. Over $200 wasted and have no idea what to do now. Email exchange has gone quiet. Thinking of calling my bank for a charge back. Order at own risk!

SCAM, do not purchase

I second all the reviews on here that are stating its scame company. Ordered in Jan and didn't receive the stated tracking number for shipment. Email and they acted like it must be an error and they'll send one out again, but that never happened. emailed back and forth a few time with strange responses. Tried multiple times to get a refund to no avail yet. Have seen that they cancelled our order but that is all they have so far.

That is a scam!!! Do not order from this website!!! I placed my order on 17th of December 2024! Did not received anything! Even my money was not refunded back!
It is a shame that I did not read other people reviews before I paid my money...

Give a wide wide berth…. Wish we had read the reviews before placing an order…. Complete scam and don’t expect to get your order or receive a refund…. Go straight for a credit card chargeback

Don’t believe any if the positive reviews, this is a scam company who take your money, don’t deliver and refuse or ignore request for refunds. I have had almost precisely the very same experience as other 1 star reviews, fake tracking information, delaying tactics, pleading’ we are a small company’ etc. it’s all complete rubbish.

My vase and flowers arrived this morning. Took a while to arrive but it was so worth the wait,they are beautiful, excellent quality. Arrived in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend .

I bought the Kiku flowers and they're beautiful! They were perfectly wrapped for the shipping and came in totally fine.
I had some issues and delays with the shipping, I contacted the company and Emily kept me updated regularly and made the wait fine.
I'll definitely buy more flowers and vases in the future!

The vase and flowers received are both high quality and beautiful. They really do look stunning! Also the care given to packaging and ensuring safe arrival was very impressive. I fully recommend!

I ordered 3 different lots of the faux Kiku flowers and a silhouette vase at the start of September. Received a follow up email about a delay in the parcel being sent out and was given a new tracking number.
The parcel took just under 4 weeks to arrive, but if you're not in a hurry for the products, then it's all good.
The vase that I received is lovely, it is good quality and is packed well for transit.
The flowers were a bit squashed on arrival, but they soon fluff out. I found that the leaves were very fake looking, but once you have everything fluffed out and in the vase, you don't really notice them.
The flower heads of a better quality and the colour options are great.
These would make a lovely gift, but be sure to order well in advance of when you would need them.
The communications between the company and myself were quick and helpful.

Placed order a little delay at the beginning but my flowers arrived today and look good. 👍

Don’t bother! Ordered 4 weeks ago, still nothing. They said there had been a mix up and a new tracking number was sent but it still says the courier has not received the parcel. Asked for a refund- now being ignored !!!!

I wasn't able to give no stars!!! Ordered by vases and flowers. No tracking details received...will not respond to numerous emails. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I would give a worse review if I could, but one star is a minimum.

The order took over four weeks to arrive. I had to constantly chase. I’ve requested a refund or these goodwill gesture which has been declined.

The product is okay, but let’s be clear not worth the money advertised.

I would strongly recommend not placing any orders if you expected to arrive before Christmas, If you need support at least 3 to 4 days, wait for help and answers are just wait. Shipping estimates are not accurate.

I placed an order 4/5 weeks ago , money was taken from my bank , I received no email confirmation , I chased several times to be told they would resend it but never arrived , akot of message were ignored them I demanded a refund which they said would be processed in 5 working days and that I would receive an email to confirm , yet again I received nothing and now ignoring my messages. Avoid this company !!!! Scam
