Silhouette Vases 

My experience with Silhouette vases and Emily was an amazing one.
She reached out personally to me to talk about shipping process and what to expect.
She answered and replied to all my emails and she was just so pleasant to chat with.
The vase and flowers look soooooooooo good
I initially bought it for my Airbnb but I love it so much I’m going to buy another one for my house. Again love it and great customer service

This does not deserve any stars. 100% scam

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not shop here. I doubt 'Emily' is who she claims to be (an overrun small business owner). Still waiting on a refund a month after my order was missed.

So devastated I didn’t check the reviews prior to ordering.
Nonstop emails back and fourth with Emily, regarding shipping issues for months, Then a response to say it had been rectified and the product sent….. no product has been sent and no more communication from Emily after following up.
This is a scam. As a single mum struggling with money and treated myself to what I thought was a beautiful buy….. am very disappointed to say the least.

I wish I had checked the reviews here first. Similar complaints to others. Paid $233 April 27 (it's now mid June). Back and forth emails with "Emily" with responses the same as others: promising they are on the way, then citing a problem with the address, then promising they are on the way again, then citing customs issues and now finally a Canada Post strike (CP is not on strike). I do believe this company is a scam and if my order hasn't arrived shortly I will be logging a dispute with my bank. I have also reported the issue to Shopify who I paid through. At this point I don't even WANT the product, I just want my money back. Buyer beware!

Update June 15: finally received a vase. It's nice but not $233 nice! I had originally ordered 3 sets of flowers but immediately requested to change it to just 1 order. Was assured I would be reimbursed. Was never reimbursed and instead received NO flowers. "EMILY" (I highly doubt that is "her" name - more than likely a "newer" UK resident / organization pulling off a scam) has ceased correspondence with me. Again, cannot reiterate enough that you should NOT do business with them. Go to a dollar store or thrift shop, find a cheap vase, spray paint it in matte black...just as nice! Go to your bank, insist upon a reconciliation of funds, report them to your local authorities. This is fraud and needs to be treated as such.

Absolutely terrible quality. Took 2 months to get them from ordering. Put them in the rubbish - looked like they were from the $2 shop. Dreadful

This place is a scam. Don’t buy from them. Their products never arrive and they just give you empty promises of replacements or refunds. AVOID THEM!

I have to say that after reading these reviews and the fact that I ordered these flowers 6 weeks ago I had given up on getting them. But today I had a nice surprise in the mailbox. Emily was constantly given me updates and apologies and in the end we got there and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago and never received anything. Was told they were resent and would be given tracking details. Was not given tracking details.

Initially there was an error with delivery however Emily kept in constant contact found the issue and resent and I am happy to say I received my Kiku flowers yesterday, they are simply gorgeous and well worth the wait. Emily went above and beyond to get these delivered and I am very impressed with her commitment, dedication and service to ensuring I received them.

If I could give a zero rating, I would.. do not I repeat do not ever order from them. I ordered a vase and faux flowers from this company, received the flowers about five weeks later, never received the vase. After numerous emails that take days to hear back from and threats from me about reporting to my bank, which I did do originally, I did take back after being threatened with no refund until I took it off. I just received my refund yesterday for the vase, stuck with the faux flowers I can not use. That was lot of work and aggravation for $54. Repeat do not order from them.!

Ordered and never arrived. Plenty of excuses as to why it hadnt arrived. The only efficient thing they did was take my money in the first place. Complete scam!!

Not even with a star. If I could give zero that is what I would give. I believe 100% this a shady company, possibly a scam. I ordered the vase and faux flowers about 8 weeks ago. Got the flowers in like 3 weeks, and then when I sent them an email about the vase they tell me first it’s the supply and demand, then they tell me they sent it and don’t know why haven’t gotten it. Then they say it’s was my address. Now the last email is it’s the US custom boarder issue and tariffs. They stated that if I don’t get by the end of this week they will refund me. Seeing the reviews, I’m thinking that won’t happen! Stay away from this company!!!!!

An order of a few bunches of flowers and a few vases has been an absolute nightmare!
They do respond like they care or that they will refund you, but nothing ever eventuates!

They don't deserve ANY stars. I placed an order 7 weeks ago. Received flowers 3 weeks after and was told "Vase has been dispatched." BS. They are now ignoring my pleas and I have filed a formal complaint with PayPal. BEWARE!!! Something is off with this company -at best. They're not equipped to handle orders. I'm absolutely FURIOUS at the fact that they HAVE NOT RESPONDED in the past 2 weeks. $212 and I have 4 bags of fake flowers. NO VASE to put them in.

Stay the hell away from this company.
It is definitely a scam, I have email them multiple times and the response is have you not received your refund then eventually they ignore you. Their reviews on the website and other platforms are 100% fake as you cannot actually comment or give them reviews that actually go onto their website.

My wife ordered the dark vase and the white flowers she was so happy when they arrived They were delivered quickly and look amazing on our dining room table We have had friends and family over and she got lots of compliments on how nice it looked She of course will be ordering more she likes the quality and the prices are very good Thx Sillouette Emily thank you for making my wife happy

Absolute scam! Placed an order and waited weeks for it to arrive. Eventually told the flowers were "too big" to be delivered. Demanded a refund and I have still yet to receive any money back. Complete disgrace and awful customer services. Emails go ignored for weeks.

Amazing! Amazing products and amazing service. I ordered the Kiku flowers and vase which look absolutely incredible. They were so good that I ordered the sunflowers and another vase.
These look so good that I’ve ordered the tulips and another vase.
I have had so many compliments about how good they look; they brighten up my home and add a splash of colour.
Service was excellent; my sunflowers didn’t arrive as expected, I emailed Emily and another batch was delivered without any problems.
Thanks again Emily for your help with everything and with your outstanding product. Mike.
