Do not buy from this company. It i a scam. The alleged Emil responded to the email once but did not provide any information, further contact has gone unanswered.
It is a scam! L

I placed an order in July for 3 bunches of the faux kiku flowers. The provided tracking number did not work and no product was ever received. I emailed the company and ‘Emily’ replied to my query, apologising and saying a replacement order would be dispatched at no extra cost. It’s now October. I have placed a dispute with my bank to try and recoup the money. Definitely a scam.

Emily from Silhouette Vases provides an amazing quality of customer service alongside a gorgeous product. There was a small issue with the delivery of my order and Emily made every effort to ensure I received my order. I now have a stunning white vase with white flowers decorating my dining table and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Emily!

This appears to be a fraudulent business. I too never received my order despite responses promising it had been shipped.
Do not order from this company. You will never receive the goods.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I purchased and am now led to believe I am in the same position as so many others here. Order placed beginning of July and almost 3 months later and numerous emails with various excuses with still no delivery. I have requested a refund which I am about to follow up on (I have given them a week). I have contacted my bank and will dispute the payment and hopefully they can get somewhere with this. Interestingly the "office address" for silhouette vases is a business park with rental and common office space. I seriously doubt it is legitimate. Even though I paid a high amount for my order, I would like to see this reported as a scam business so nobody else gets caught.

I never received the order. Multiple emails without any solution. I turned to paypal and made a case. They returned my money.

Absolutely DISGUSTING DO NOT ORDER !!!!!! No communication no order totally ignored took £100 from me !!!!! Never recieved the Oder !!!! Avoid at all costs !!!!

Do not buy! Never arrived and when contacted and asked for a refund was promised one which never came! When I started following up they stopped replying! Run away!!

Not even worth one star! Ordered over five months ago! Never received. Emailed and got a response from ‘Emily’ same story as other bad reviews! Small business blah blah! Told me they send a second order and then claimed they were communicating with Australian Post to see what happened to orders. I call BS!!! No refund offered and then order disappeared from my Shop Pay account. Complete scam.

I’m giving one star only because it’s not possible to give less. I tried to buy some pots from them back in March. It’s now the end of July and not only have I still not received any products, but I’ve also been waiting for months — with an endless list of emails — to get a refund. They claim there’s a problem with PayPal, but to me that sounds absurd and ridiculous. Customer service is poor and I feel completely scammed. It’s embarrassing — they keep saying they’re a small business and that they’re terribly sorry, but even so, they still can’t issue a refund, not even with my bank details. On top of that, they reply to emails every four days.
This is report-worthy. I want to tell everyone not to buy from them and to stop trusting Instagram adv.

I placed an order 4 months ago and have been back and fourth over email with someone called “Emily” who has used every excuse as to why I have not yet received my order.

I asked for a refund on two separate occasions and yet again was met with more excuses as to why I have not received the refund and now I am being met with radio silence and have had no reply to any of my follow up emails.

Complete scam, do not recommend!

I recently purchased Hydrangeas, Faux Kiku Flowers, and three Arlo Vases (Matt White) from Emily at Silhouette Vases. Since I’m based in New Zealand and the items were being shipped internationally, I was initially a little concerned about whether they’d arrive safely.

However, Emily’s outstanding customer service, proactive communication, and thoughtful after-sales follow-up completely put my mind at ease. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and exactly as described.

I thoroughly recommend this company – an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish!

I received my flowers and vase and was immediately impressed that I then went and order two more arrangements. I really recommend Silhouette Vases

I ordered flowers which didn't arrive - emailed "Emily"
who made numerous excuses about shipping and supposedly "resent" the order which never arrived. After more numerous emails back and forth she kept promising to refund me via PayPal and that never happened either. Now there is just no communication at all. Definitely a scam or just TERRIBLE business - I would advise not to order from them.

I was kind of worried at first as I was not getting a tracking number so I contacted the company and Emily supplied me with a tracking number but it was not working and then she told me that I might not have the right address as they had tried to deliver and on the same day I did receive the vase. You have to allow 15 working days. I had so much compliment that I did order another vase and flowers that I will be gifting my sister for her birthday. One real good thing is at least you can actually email the person and she replies.

Ordered May 10th and received on June 2nd.
