First ordered in November 2025

First ordered in November 2025. Products did not arrive. They assured me it was unable to be delivered, so sent another package on the 29th of November. It is now the 12th of December and still no package. I am chasing for the 3rd time. Come on SILHOUETTE VASES, PLEASE DO BETTER.

Scam! Product never arrived

Product never arrived. Emails go unanswered for days at a time, with false promises of replacements. "Emily" is the customer service person who is clearly a fake.

Most horrific experience in a long…

Most horrific experience in a long time. Purchased several vases 3 months ago and nothing ever arrived. I chased many times and was given a lot of waffle about shipments getting lost 3 times but not once did I get any proof of shipment, tracking etc. I don’t believe a word they say, it’s dishonest, misleading and disappointing. Still waiting for a refund 3 months on!!! And i am the one chasing AGAIN…

Awful Company / False Advertising!

I have come to learn that this company is not only false advertising an ‘excellent’ trust pilot score, they are also false advertising a 30 days ‘no questions asked’ returns and refund policy. There is no returns process and you will NEVER get a refund. My flowers did arrive but the ‘umber’ colour and quality definitely not as advertised. They look cheap and rubbish quality considering I paid $90 nzd. I tried to arrange a return for around 3 weeks, Emily dodged emails, avoided giving me return details and has since stopped replying. I raised a dispute with Afterpay and posted negative feedback on their instagram page. Someone was then very quick to message me on instagram offering an immediate refund if I closed the dispute to which I said no. I advised of they refunded first I would close it. I asked for return details and they said I would not have to do a return. Overnight Afterpay closed my dispute without my request saying because I got flowers delivered they could not help regardless of the merchants fake policies and misleading advertising and despite me wanting to return the product. I am now raising a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!!

FRAUD

Everyone is right. It’s a scam. They take your money and never deliver the product. This “Emily” character drags you along making you think they’ll help and just keep your money. Wished I had researched before buying

Excellent communication and stunning flowers.

Emily provided excellent communication at every stage, even when there were some delays with delivery. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and I have completed 2 repeat orders already as I just needed more!
Thank you so much for excellent service and a stunning product.

Partial delivery, poor customer service

My wife have ordered a vase and flowers in March. She received the flowers but the vase was never delivered. She kept on asking either for refund of the vase or for the full delivery. (order #52008)
Customer service had several mails from her and said they would get this fixed but never did. Since I am the one who found the nice design online, I also sent mails to customer service on 4th of November, and 10th of November. Last mail received by "Emily" on 10th said "I will get this dispatched" but since then NOTHING again.

Silhouette Vase may offer nice design, they are harrassing customers with their CRM , but they are not reliable for customer service. My only advice : ESCAPE and DO NOT Buy from them.

My order has never arrived, and a “Emily” from the contact email always giving the same answer.
The website should be closed and i dont understand why platforms like IG dont block the profile

I have previous bought items probably 2…

I have previous bought items probably 2 or 3, and had absolutely no issues and they were beautiful..This time same as the other reviews nothing came i emailed always got a polite reply ,even after asking time and time again no dispatch email and no tracking number ,eventually I got a refund but it took a lot...Such a shame... cant remember exactly date it was late summer im sure..

Happy customer

I also had a delay with my order but I worked with Emily and it arrived and is perfect. Emily could have easily not replied but she worked really hard to help and figure out the issue. I found her great to deal with. Sometimes you just have to be patient. I will definitely order again. Thanks Emily for your wonderful customer service!

Totally scam

I bought an item, but they never shipped it and won't give me a refund. This is total scam. Do not buy from here!
At first, Emily kept saying she's would send it, but now Emily don't even reply.
It's been 6 months, and the stress has been overwhelming.
Avoid this shop!!

Utter scam avoid

Same as everyone else is saying- absolute scam, emails keeps emailing and saying new flowers are on the way but never providing a tracking number. It’s been 4 months. Have lodged a claim with my bank, and also instagram for scam advertising

Scam - AVOID!

Purchase paid for and item never arrived. Emily would reply to my emails and string me along saying that a new vase replacement would be in the mail or the refund would be processed that same week. Over 6 months later she stopped replying to my emails and no refund or product was ever received. AVOID as I was completely scammed.
