I have just received my order today and the vase and flowers are superb. The lady in charge could not have been more helpful and I would certainly recommend using Silhouette Vases to all my friends.

SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS Similar negative experience as all of the reviews on here. Placed an order that I didn’t receive and had a variety of excuses and stories as to why. Assured I was sent a replacement which was drawn out as long as possible and again never turned up. Asked for a refund and this has been drawn out again by Emily asking me for information that the company already have and making up stories about why this hasn’t been issued. Still haven’t received my refund. The whole experience has been going on for 3 months. Save yourself the hassle and empty pockets and DO NOT USING THIS COMPANY. I am reporting to trading standards and I would encourage everyone to do the same.

I am so happy with my order. I ordered two different vases and flowers and they provide such an elegant and cosy vibe to the rooms they are placed in. They change the atmosphere of the rooms. Such an easy way to give an extra touch to your decor!

Hydrangeas look great, very convincing. Was quick and easy to unpack and set up. Delivery to Perth Australia took a long time otherwise I’d have rated 5 stars.

Yes it took a bit longer to get the vase and flowers, but they are gorgeous. Exactly what I expected and everything came in good condition. I would order from them again.

Received my flowers today and they are absolutely stunning! I did start to doubt they weren’t coming and I emailed the company to question. Emily promptly responded to let me know she checked and saw my order was delivered. Sure enough they arrived that day! Though it took awhile to receive my order it was worth the wait for me. I have no complaints about the customer service and I’m ready to place another order!

Unfortunately, my experience mirrors that of a number of other people who have reviewed this company. No product delivered, no refund when requested and this looks like a scam. I would advice you not to buy from this company.

This is an absolute scam! Ordered a vase last September and still no sign of anything. Countless emails to customer service to get a reply from 'Emily' who kept saying she would send a replacement. We're now 4 months on and now getting no response to emails. Do not spend money here - daylight robbery!

I placed an order in November and never received a dispatch email. After chasing the company, I was told the item had been sent, but nothing arrived even three weeks later. I contacted them again and was told the order would be resent. This cycle happened multiple times, with repeated promises that were never fulfilled.

It is now the end of January, and I still have not received my order or a refund, despite being told that a refund would be issued. The communication has been misleading, and the lack of action is unacceptable.

I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

I purchase a black vase with stems if pampas grass. Items arrived when they said they would and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Just creates the look I was aiming for.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Every review is an exact replica of what has happened with my order. So now assume my refund request will be ignored also

If I could give no stars I would! my order never arrived and been fobbed off time after time by someone called Emily. They take 4 days to reply asking stupid questions just to delay things for a further 4 days. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Its a scam

This company is horrible . Received partial order and the quality loc the flowers is extremely poor . I kept asking for the rest of the order , a vase & it never came . They kept telling me they were sending it … after months and months of trying to get it and being very patient , i asked for a refund . They Saïd they would do it but have yet to receive anything from them. I think it’s very suspicious that they continually told me they had sent the vase several times !? Sketchy at best ! STAY AWAY
