Very pleased with the quality of the shutters and service from Ben. They were on time and there was good communication throughout the process. The most important factor in my recommendation is the fitting which makes all the difference in an older property.

**EDIT - in response to this review Andrew visited and fixed the issue with the shutter so thank you to Andrew for that. I still think an after-fitting courtesy call would be a good idea to address anything like this. But still, I can’t fault the response so I have raised the star rating too**

Quick reply and appointment for the measurements etc. Long wait for the shutters - over 3 months.
Fitting was efficient, clean and tidy.
One of the shutters doesn’t close completely flat like the others so it does let more light in on that one.
I was surprised there was no follow up call to check all was well or I would have mentioned it. The shutters were quite expensive - close to £1000 per window so I would have expected something.
But overall no major complaints and I’d recommend generally.

From ordering to fitting the Shutters Shuttercraft have been amazing, Jim comes out and measures and he also fits them, this man knows everything to do with Shutters, and goes out of his way to make sure your happy with your Shutters and the fitting which is a truly professional first class job, and of course the prices were unbelievably amazing, we are so glad we chose Shuttercraft, before you try anyone else please try Shuttercraft first, highly recommended.

Gene provided first class service from start to finish of the work. Attending on time to measure up and provided professional advice about the choice of the shutters. Work completed to a very high standard. Gene was extremely user friendly throughout. Quality service, quality product.

Would highly recommend Shuttercraft , Steve came and was very professional and patient, he talked through all our options and gave advice on what we could have especially the bathroom and kitchen. We had nine windows seven of which were bay windows and they look stunning. Everyone who has walked past have stated they look lovely from the outside and visitors are surprised how it has made the place light and airy. The shutters definitely keep the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We had other companies come and give quotes however, Shuttercraft gave us the confidence and didn’t pressurise whilst we made our minds up. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for they are well built and sturdy, easy to open and clean everything we were promised.

I recently had shutters installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish — professional, friendly, and efficient. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the shutters themselves look absolutely amazing.

The quality of the product is excellent, and they’ve completely transformed the look of my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful shutters and exceptional service.

We are thrilled with our shutters, which we have had installed all over the house. The measuring and installation were done to a high standard, resulting in a seamless finish. The only drawback in the process is the long wait for delivery, which was explained to us at the quotation stage.

Shutters were installed and there was a series of marks and dents in the newly decorated paintwork underneath the windowsill. When I emailed in to complain, I received a phone call basically telling me that I was wrong and that it couldn’t possibly have been the shutter installation that caused the dents because the paintwork would have been chipped. I’m pretty sure paintwork can be dented without being chipped. I received no apology, no offer of any compensation, I was just told that I must be mistaken and that the dents must have been there before. I can guarantee they weren’t there before the installation- it’s a newly plastered and decorated wall. Most disappointing.

Jim was here to fit the Shutters for our big living room window, great workmanship, full of information with regards to looking after the shutters. Clean & tidy, can highly recommend Jim from Shuttercraft Glasgow, and will definitely use them again.

Great work from Raj, shutter are just how we discussed and they feel very sturdy.
