This is the 2nd visit from Lee, he fitted the lounge shutters previously and weve had him back to complete the upstairs bedrooms. We are very happy with the finished products. Lees professionalism and customer care is very much welcomed when trying to make sure you choose the right product. He tidied up as he went along and even left us with some spare accessories should we need them. Great service all round.

I have used SF previously and had a good experience. I have recently moved and decided to choose SF again in my new property. It was very straightforward and easy to choose my new shutters thanks to the helpful surveyor Tyler who advised. Looking forward to having them fitted and seeing the finished product!

The quality is great. The colleague who visited and fitted the shutters was very good, (Alfie), and explained everything about the design etc.
The reason for only giving a 3 star is down to the after care service. I am still waiting for them to get back to me after 3 weeks now. After spending a lot of money I do not find this acceptable

Great service and price

From Luca's initial patient advice and knowledgeable guidance right through to his expert installation, his attention to detail, clean work, manners.... I can only say the whole process has been excellent. I am thrilled with the quality and finish of the shutters - Luca has educated me about the paulownia wood used. Well worth the 12 week wait, although it seemed an age at the time!
