The whole process was stressful. The place that showed for payment with our bank was not mentioned when ordered. So that was an ordeal. Not clear on how long it will actually take to ship and then deliver. It's not the 3 to 5 days from. Time ordered its about 10 business days from order date. I gave 4 stars because 1 when I had questions customer service was great and checked in often until it was resolved. Also the product was exactly what I ordered and got here in great condition. Overall it was fine.

i made this order on dec 5 and they took the money out the next day. the website said takes 3 - 5 business to processed to ship from them. its been 10 business days and still not shipped. (how do i know they haven't shipped it yet .they never set me a tracking # ) this was a christmas gift. i have email them about this matter on dec 19.so i hope they respond . randy sears from n.c.
