Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, cannot get a hold of anyone through email or social media and once they reply they will ghost and ignore you. Social media shows they read the messages but won't respond.

The colors are very bold

The colors are very bold, maybe a bit too bright for my space. It tends to show dirt easily, so I have to clean it more often than I thought. The quality is fine, but it just doesn’t match my room as well as I hoped.

The packaging could have been better

The packaging could have been better. The rug came slightly wrinkled and took a few days to settle flat. It’s soft and looks okay now, but the first impression wasn’t great. Probably wouldn’t reorder the same style, but I might try another one from Lany Space in the future.

I am beyond pleased with this bright…

I am beyond pleased with this bright rug in my entrance. The colors are exactly like the photos, and it feels soft under our feet, which really matters for my autistic teen. It doesn’t show dirt, and I vacuum it every day, yet it still looks new. There were a few small issues with timing and shipping, but the team at Lany Space were so professional and kept me updated the whole time. Even with the delays, this has been one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had.

Avoid at All Costs — Terrible Quality and Worse Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Lanyspace was so disappointing I felt the need to warn others. The rug felt cheap and doesn't look like the photos, and it started shedding within days. Even worse, when I reached out to customer service for a return or refund, I was ignored. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid accountability. This was a complete waste of money and time, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

A Fantastic shopping experience…

I had a fantastic shopping experience with Lany Space. I bought a rug for my daughter's room during their summer sale, but since we aren't moving into our new home until next month, I requested a delayed shipping. Their customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly accommodating my request. The rug itself is stylish, vibrant, and made from super soft material. My daughter absolutely loves it!

Return headaches and a customer service runaround

While the rugs look to be in good condition and very stylish, I have not received a normal response to my return inquiry. It started as a inquiry to exchange to another print and smaller size after a Mother's Day purchase, and their site indicates they're capable of that. After emailing with customer service, I was told it wasn't possible to exchange. After that, I had a plan to return the previously purchased in their 15-day window and buy the new smaller rug. Now I'm definitely not buying from them ever again... very sketchy. Their policy states there is a pre-laid USPS label provided to US customers (which I am), but they asked me to drive to a city I don't live in to drop off at a warehouse. Then they said they would get me a label after I protested. Then they told me to put it outside of my house in this other city and their staff would come pick it up, no label required...

This is all within a time span of 5 days, with delayed messages and strange requests from a company in 2024 that has a return policy that says something different ON THEIR WEBSITE. I would like to be able to verify and track a return so I can get my refund on a clean, unopened, neatly boxed rug that's been sitting in my entryway waiting for a real plan of return.

I would avoid this company at all costs if you don't want hassle and headache should your purchase not work out. I am hoping with all fingers and toes crossed that I sort this issue out and actually speak to a real customer service representative soon.

We have a toddler and 3 dogs who shed

We have a toddler and 3 dogs who shed, so it was a no-brainer that we would need something washable under the living room. It pulls the room together beautifully and is the perfect finishing touch in our new living room.
