It’s been 1,5 months since I got the heater, and around a month since it is used regularly.
First, we noticed that sometimes it randomly stops and then just won’t turn on again — could be overheating protection, but who knows.
Now it makes a really weird sound when you turn it on, as if something is stuck in the motor.
I tried to contact the store but they didn’t react, it’s been around two weeks now.
Selling a thing that breaks after a month for 100$ is a scam, definitely reporting it on tiktok.
And yeah, can’t recommend doing business with them.

Terrible service!!
Item ordered on the 16th November and never arrived. After sending over 10 emails. Most of them ignored. I finally received a refund around the 5th January.

They have poor customer services
They have poor customer services. I bought the door stopper hoping to use it secure my door 🚪 but it didn't do the job it was supposed to do. They refused to answer a video call on WhatsApp to show them the problems I had with the door stopper. The screws were worn and cannot secure the stopper. They wasted my time and money. I didn't get value for my money. No effort was made to offer me a replacement or refund of my money. Their claims are fraudulent. Never do business with them they sell fake and substandard products with fake and fraudulent claims with the intention of reaping members of the public of their hard earned money for a product not worth the value. The company was not willing to return it for replacement or refund. The materials are substandard and poor. You have no place to return it in Unitef States. The cost of returning it back to your location based by courier was almost the $30. You have been defrauding people of their money and you know the cost of returning is twice the cost and discourage the buyer. You refused my video call 📞.

Our door stopper only works on the bottom of doors smaller than 3.5cm, however this customer had to put it on a door larger than 3.5cm to test it, which was bound to fail. He forced to open the dispute for a refund, we wanted him to test it on the bottom of a low height door, if it was a quality problem then we were willing to return it for a replacement, but he didn't. Later we gave the decision to paypal official, paypal adhered to the principle of fairness and impartiality, agreed to the customer's return, because it is not a quality problem, so the customer needs to take care of the shipping costs, but he still did not submit the return within the specified time, so finally PayPal official ruled that the customer gave up the return. This is the whole process of all the things happened, fairness is in the heart.
