Got this table lamp a couple weeks ago and it's been great in my dining area, looks way nicer than I expected for the price. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the cord is a bit shorter than I'd like but honestly not a dealbreaker.
Got the vanity light set up in my garage and it's honestly perfect, way brighter than I expected. shipping took longer than the estimate said but the quality makes up for it.
I loved their product quality and service.
Several years ago a local paving company installed their 150 watt transformer for driveway lighting. The installer noted on the receipt the lighting system but not the brand. I have photos of the transformer. The company rejected the lifetime warranty because the brand was not noted.

The industry standard for quality and customer service. Best in Class. Lifetime warranty? unbelievable. I just replaced my 300w 10 year old BPL transformer. I called Rebecca to ask a question and she said, stop, the one you are replacing has a life time warranty. I will ship you the control module today that needs to be replaced. So I will fix the one I have and give the new one to my daughter for her new house.
I purchased a wide variety of Best Pro Lighting's outdoor lighting hardware and components and had them professionally installed. However, I have experienced an unacceptably high number of failures with their products. Not only have numerous bulbs failed prematurely, but the tops of three of my mushroom lights have fallen off due to extremely poor glue application that did not properly secure the tops.
When I reached out to Best Pro Lighting about these issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They claimed I must have installed the lights incorrectly, despite having two separate professional landscape lighting companies confirm the installation was done properly. Best Pro Lighting then claimed these companies were not true "experts."
Shockingly, they stated they do not actually offer any warranties for their bulbs, contrary to their advertised claims. They told me if I wanted replacements, I would have to purchase new bulbs at full price. This is after experiencing a substantial number of premature bulb failures with their products.
Fed up, I ordered replacement bulbs from a third-party company on Amazon and have had zero failures since switching brands. The difference in quality and longevity is night and day.
My experience dealing with Best Pro Lighting's customer support was also extremely poor. One of their supervisors I spoke with was outright rude, condescending, and unwilling to take any responsibility for their defective products.
Based on the low quality of their lighting products, complete lack of honoring warranties, and terrible customer service, I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from Best Pro Lighting. They are not an accredited BBB business, and for good reason - their products and company practices are simply unacceptable. Save your money and frustration by avoiding this company at all costs.

Our transformers come with a lifetime warranty, and our fixtures have a five-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. However, bulbs are excluded from this coverage, which is noted in our warranty policy. Great products until they quit working and make you do all kinds of tricks to apply the 5 yr warranty. I bought a landscape transformer that quit working and have been dealing with them since Nov/2023 and have already paid $25 shipping for a new control box. That didn't fix the issue, Now they want me to ship the unit to them so they can verify it's broken at my expense. Very unfocused on customer service, rated poor at best.
