Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service from Best Pro Lighting
I purchased a wide variety of Best Pro Lighting's outdoor lighting hardware and components and had them professionally installed. However, I have experienced an unacceptably high number of failures with their products. Not only have numerous bulbs failed prematurely, but the tops of three of my mushroom lights have fallen off due to extremely poor glue application that did not properly secure the tops.
When I reached out to Best Pro Lighting about these issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They claimed I must have installed the lights incorrectly, despite having two separate professional landscape lighting companies confirm the installation was done properly. Best Pro Lighting then claimed these companies were not true "experts."
Shockingly, they stated they do not actually offer any warranties for their bulbs, contrary to their advertised claims. They told me if I wanted replacements, I would have to purchase new bulbs at full price. This is after experiencing a substantial number of premature bulb failures with their products.
Fed up, I ordered replacement bulbs from a third-party company on Amazon and have had zero failures since switching brands. The difference in quality and longevity is night and day.
My experience dealing with Best Pro Lighting's customer support was also extremely poor. One of their supervisors I spoke with was outright rude, condescending, and unwilling to take any responsibility for their defective products.
Based on the low quality of their lighting products, complete lack of honoring warranties, and terrible customer service, I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from Best Pro Lighting. They are not an accredited BBB business, and for good reason - their products and company practices are simply unacceptable. Save your money and frustration by avoiding this company at all costs.
