Emailed me prepaid mailing label. Took a few days longer to get there and processed than expected, but fast payment once processed.

It’s easy to sell some books I no longer need or want. I wish you had more details like for instance if a book was a first edition and signed by the author. I would expect more for a book of that type so I hold back those types of books from your service. Scanning the code does not tell you it was signed by the author.

I have now sold twice to World of Books. The first time went great and I received a Promo Code bonus...I definitely thought this was going to be a helpful, convenient way to declutter some of my bookshelves. The second transaction went horrible. I had a total of 24 items to sell and one of those was a brand new curriculum set (Kindergarten Math). The total they gave me prior to me shipping my books to them was $40 and some odd cents.......ended up they paid me $15.27. The BRAND NEW curriculum set alone was quoted worth $19.07 and then, they decide to pay me a measly $15.27 for 24 items???? I'd rather have just donated them to someone who can use them that have World of Books steal them from me. Of course, when I reached out to them (before my payment was sent) they gave me the run around...."your transaction is already processed...there's no way I can help now." So, in short.....if you feel like being robbed....and if you're not opposed to your initial offer being cut in more than half...sell to this company. Otherwise, I'd save myself the headache of dealing with these thieves and just donate them to your local Little Lending Library.

Easy to use, quick. Would be good if they had a way of recycling books that won't sell.

you offer money on books that others do not take (not a lot of money...sometimes less than a dime, but it's better than recycling)

Identifying books is a cinch using your scanning app, making the process verry easy. And the mailing process is equally simple, convenient and quick.
I do wish that the price you pay for books was a few pennies higher, as some of the books are priced at .08 to .11 cents. This makes reaching a mailable box of about $10.00 a difficult reach and discourages further gathering of books.
All in all, a very good and very easy process.

Easy to use. Some other apps will read the isbn. That’s helpful when there isn’t a bar code. Of course I wish they accepted more books or paid a little more. The shipping & labeling process is very easy.

Easy to sell these books, just tricky to find a box the right size in order to pack them.
My books are all kept in good condition so it's lovely to pass them on to someone else in the same way that I've bought from World of Books.

Convenient handling, good customer service, a great catalog, and fair pricing. Falls short on website interface, but an otherwise reliable service.

I have contacted customer service everyday because I have not received my payment and each day, the issue has not been resolved. Seems like there is no customer service at all, just a chatbot that gathers the same details day after day and still, I have not received my payment.

I submitted books for trade, all in perfect condition. Received notification that one book (the most valuable one) was 'water damaged'. This was NOT true. I complained, and World of Books did reimburse me the value of this book promptly, but will not be using them in future as I have lost trust.

Have used this site for years. Hav had consistently good service. Easy to use & prompt payments. Recommended.

Four trades completed...first one everything accepted, since then one or more items rejected based on spurious reasons...pages missing (no, checked before sent), things not received (everything counted in and checked against listing)...last trade went from quoted £8.06 to £5.50...think carefully before using...

Offered codes that don’t work. Embarrassing when gave to other people.
