I just scanned the QR code and put it in the box if it was accepted or in the pile to donate if it was not. This was the easiest way to earn a few buck from books I no longer need.

Frustrating courier pick-up
Frustrating courier pick-up had to be rearranged 3 times. In the end I wasted 3 Day for a relatively small amount. The only consolation is that some of my father's specialist books will hopefully eventually go to people who appreciate them.

Mistakes happen
Usually a great company to sell my unwanted books to, but I have had to contact them regarding no payment for books sent. This was due to the one of the 2 boxes sent not being checked before payment was issued, & treated as "missing from order" However the mistake was quickly rectified & an apology received when I contacted them, so 5☆ for customer service!

Lured into selling and giving you less once recieved
Price changed from £9.40 to £8.40 at the press of the sell button. Then when recieved claimed some were damaged and reduced to £5.00 i was very annoyed and won't be using this company again
A rip off and I have asked for the return of the so called damaged cds and video

A fair marketplace
First things first..dont expect to make a fortune from the mass produced books, cds or dvds.. however this is a place to unclutter items if they are looking for that item.. the price they offer might seem low but they pay for shipping and when You are selling books or cds the weight certainly adds up.. so keep that in consideration when u see the prices.. sure You can keep the item and stick it back in that box in the back of your closet..dont do it ..sell them to this website.. i have made 3 transactions ..about 60 items in total and only 1 item was not accepted.. payments are quick once they review and accept the order..i will use again if i need to
