I wouldn’t even leave one star! A completed scam!
Said books were missing out of both boxes I sent - which is completely untrue. Have paid me a fraction of what was offered! This is theft!

have regularly sold books to work of books ..however i done a recent trade dropped off books at locker as instructed with QR code….never received a confirmation of drop off ..waited 48 hours no update ..emailed company twice no response ..so no trade no money no response last time i use world of books for buying and selling …awful experience awful non commutative company ….

The process of selling my books was so easy and fast at World of Books. I enjoy reading. Being able to sell my books is a great way to get cash to get more books.

Very easy, app works well and the locker drop off just down my road made it really painless.

This time, quite a few of my books were noted ‘not included’. I know, without doubt, that these were included.

World of Books claims it didn't receive 24 out of the 34 items I mailed in a sealed box via FedEx. I emailed WOB my proof of package delivery as an attachment. This is the second time WOB has lost my items and I wasn't paid correctly. I lost my trust in World of Books. I've been selling WOB my items since 2024. It's a shame items just disappear mysteriously. Seller beware.

Easy to use and navigate the site. The camera function, however, to scan the barcode did not work for me. I was able to get rid of manga that was taking up space. They're brand new and have only been read once, so it's better that they go to someone who will enjoy reading them. Plus, the money earned from it can go to a good cause in my area. Even if the amount was small, every little bit counts.

This was the first time I have worked with World of Books for book sellback. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

The entire process was super easy from entering the ISBN number, seeing the amount for each book, and then mailing them and getting your payment. I will definitely use this website again.

We appreciate convenience of shipping off books. It is a continuing problem getting the second or other additional labels.

This is a great and easy way to sell any books you do not want. The only reason I have not given it five stars is not because of the ease of selling the books but rather the relatively small percentage of books they are willing to buy and the not particularly good prices offered.

However, the alternative, in our case, was either to take them to the dump or try to give them to charity shops. We have found the charity shops have a limited appetite for large numbers of books and so world of books is a great way of disposing of unwanted tomes.

Fast service: found printing page easier than before. Quick turnaround on getting paid.

Easy to work with, with quick response time. Always fair with their pricing.
