Same as a lot of the reviews, they take the money and promise 14 days, you may or may not get your windows, we got some but not all. 2 Months later, emails have dried up, phone calls go unanswered, I would serious warn about using them. Website is live, but at this point it would seem like a scam.

I'll give negative 10 star, it's a scam. I paid £50 for the 3-7 days delivery and I receive the confirmation that the item will deliver in 7 days with a complete date and time.
I called 50 times yesterday or more and leave the message but no one response. Only voicemail Day and night and the same wordings. The Glass never arrive. I received new email from them and say sorry and the glass will be deliver another 5 days just imagine they are in competent and full of S....t. I am so angry. I hired a carpenter and I pay his time for nothing. In the next day I bought the glass in the shop by my self and Install it. Now I don't need the Glass anymore and I want my Money back, I want my refund but there system has no refund and I don't know how because they don't answer the phone. Guys call there number if I am correct or not. Read the reviews. My mistake because I only read the reviews after the delivery hasn't arrive. Be careful this company they are not serious in the business. They will scam you.....

I ordered a tempered glass on Wed. 15/04/2026 for daddy's desk as a surprise for him. Well, Immediately I received a delivery date for 23/04/2026 and precise time at 8:26 am. Sis took him out early morning for a full English breakfast and we emptied the desk and wiped clean ready for the glass. Nothing happened. At last they came back by messaging sis.I contacted with the company they said the actual delivery is 29th April. Meanwhile daddy noticed changes on his things on the desk and were notified of the glass. Finally the item delivered on Saturday morning 2nd of May by a lovely helpful gentleman. Daddy became so happy (5 star is for this) that we forgot delay of the delivery. The company could simply fix the date from the beginning as we noticed valume of orders are beyond the predictions of the company and frequently they miss the due dates.
Still, daddy liked them, and we might use them again. I ordered this 10 mm longer than his desk might order a more precise one and also we might surprise mum with a glass on her vanity table.

4 Units delivered on time perfect fit.
Ordered 4 replacement units with a provisional free delivery date of April 24th 2026.
Used the online chat facility on April 24th & they confirmed order would be delivered next day.
Order arrived April 25th, Driver rang doorbell & handed units over to me.
I fitted the units the following day & they were all the correct size.
One unit was a Georgian bar unit in the middle of a 5 bay bow window. I did have some doubts about my measurements & production of the gaps between the horizontal Georgian bars, not aligning with the other units, but it was perfect even down to using the existing packers.
First time I have used this company & will be using them again - 5 star service thanks,

A good firm to use for getting replacement sealed units
I have ordered replacement sealed units from SealedUnitsOnline quite a few times now and they have allways been very good. I just used them again for a replacement unit for my bathroom window wich has an unusual patterned glass (Contora) and the experience has been just as good as allways, so 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
