I called to ask for help as I have a terminal disease(pulmonary fibrosis) I asked how much it would cost, the guy had alreadyarrived 45 minutes late then he has a look at the door he quoted $285 including the call out fee,By this time I was struggling to breath and had ring for an ambulance.who had agreed to attend and supply oxygen which I had explained to your worker I was on 24/7. I told him it was urgent and he was right there when I rung the ambulance I offered him the call out fee and told him I would wait for the anbo. He insisted he open the door then basically stood over me as I drew every cent that was available to pay him.Even going so far as photographing my phone to ensure he was getting all I could pay him .I worked for RACQ for years and if we had to attend an emergency it was done for free not under duress.If your going to use this company and under no circumstances ever ever ever use them

Door lock failed over Bank Holiday weekend, we were locked out with our 3 dogs. Phoned several companies before we got hold of Egis who was with us within 30 minutes. Very friendly chap, cleaned up thoroughly after the job and charged us what he'd quoted over the phone. Would definitely recommend him. Great job.

After being let down and waiting for another locksmith for 90 mins ,with a very distressed puppy in the house rang these guys and they arrived within 10 mins . Provided a very good service and in-house within minutes and a lot cheaper than was quoted by other company . Highly recommend 👍

Locked out of home. Locksmith arrived quickly, got me back in, at the price originally agreed, with no fuss, no drama - and no damage. Really nice chap, even gave me advice on how I could improve my security to reduce chance of being locked out again. Brilliant, friendly, courteous, professional service. Nice one!
