The work was fantastic, everyone was very polite

We are very pleased with the work done to our roof. All the workers were polite and very helpful.

Very pleased with the result and very impressed with the professional attitude of Luke.

Very pleased with the work done, would recommend.

We're very happy with the roof - quite a few neighbours have said how great it looks!

Very efficient, polite and really cleaned up everywhere and it all looked very good afterwards. Very happy with the roof and it looks like new. I can highly recommend them

We were very pleased with the professional service, every thing was explained clearly and everyone who visited us arrived on time and were very friendly. The surrounding area was protected and all mess was cleared up before they left. The roof looks better now than most others in the road. We would recommend Roofshield to anyone.

The work was done efficiently, the technicians were polite and cleared up after themselves. They were very quiet and did a great job.

I found Roofshield to be very good, what was promised was all done.

I placed an order on Roofshield Solutions Ltd for the refurbishment of my tiled roof which included the complete cleaning of the whole roof, replacing all damaged tiles, re- cementing of all ridge tiles and also making good all the cement work associated with the apex tiles and then finally putting two coats of sealant on the roof. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and all rubbish was cleared from the site, even one of my neighbours commented on how clean and tidy the workmen had kept my property. After a week a quality control employee from Roofshield Solutions turned up to do a final inspection, he took various photo's and showed me a few items which he said required attention and said that he would report back to his office and that someone would be in touch for this work to be carried out. After about 2 weeks I still hadn't heard from Roofshield Solutions so I rang their offices, I was informed at first that they didn't know anything about the quality mans visit and said that they would look into it and get back to be. They came back and said that they had teams out for two days carrying out this remedial work and gave me a slot when they said someone would arrive. No one did arrive so I then rang the main office again and was told that some people had waited over a year for remedial work to be carried out on their premises so I had no chance. Since then I have had no contact with Roofshield Solutions Ltd and obviously no remedial work has been carried out I really think that they should do something with their Customer Services as to be honest I found it none existent hence the reason I only gave them 3 star rating, it is now going into the 6 month since the original work was carried out. Since writing this review Roofshield Solutions contacted me and made arrangements for the remedial work required to be carried out, this has since been completed to the required standard and I am happy now to review my rating to 5 star.

Very satisfied with the service and workmanship. Everything was cleaned and tidied daily and we are very satisfied

Very efficient, cleaned up and on time.

Operatives were efficient and produced a good finish however they arrived 2 days earlier than agreed when I was out. Some windows were locked in the part open position and this resulted in some water inside the house.

My neighbour was amazed with how my roof looked after the work was completed, I am also very pleased with the outcome. The technicians were very friendly and I would highly recommended Roofshield Solutions

very pleasant technician, company was efficient in all its dealings. Roof looks like new

Very friendly and efficient, a good job all round.

Good work, sociable connection. Would recommend.

technician turned up on time, cleaned up after himself and always explained what he was doing. He also worked extremely hard.

The technician was most communicative and helpful. He was very informative and guided us through the whole process, telling us about each part before doing it and then showing us afterwards. He even fixed a problem we had on the roof whilst working on our neighbours roof.
