Insurance! What insurance?

Arrived on time and cleaned up on completion. Very pleased with the final look of the roof. Looks like it's a new roof.

Update 27/11/2017

During the sales pitch the Rep went to great lengths to assure me that all work is insurance backed. Not a "Micky mouse company" but a genuine certificated insurance. Having received the paperwork I note the "Certificate" is issued by Roofshield Solutions not an insurance company as I had been advised. There is no mention of the identity of the insurance company. So, if Roofshield Solutions goes bust there is no information as to whom I am to make a claim? This now makes me wonder as to the validity of the claims made and to the long term quality of the work? I did contact the rep who assured me that he would look into the matter and get back to me. It's now into the second week since I spoke to him and he has yet to contact me? Considering the insurance cost £400.00 I'm not impressed.

The Roofshield treatment is very …

The Roofshield treatment is very expensive, and we feared at one time that we had been unwise to go ahead. However, the moss clearance and coating of our roof has transformed the appearance of the house, and neighbours have called round specially to comment on the improvement. We are also very pleased with the treatment of the flat roof on our outhouse which has solved a long-term problem and smartened upits appearance

Roofshield Solutions Ltd professional work done for me

This company carried out their cleaning and sealing and maintenance work very professionally on the roof of my house. I was impressed by the openness of the various staff with whom I had contact and the way in which they carried out their work. The roof had been in a poor condition and it now looks brand new. The cost of this type of necessary work is quite substantial, but taking into account the risk of working up high and the obvious skill displayed by the team, and the ten year guarantee, I think that the price that we eventually agreed was fair. A lot of mess was created by the removal of moss and dirt but the team were thorough in clearing it up before they left.

Be wary. Research vital!

This is a competitive market, and I would urge people to carry out their research, and make an informed choice.
My own customer experience was not particularly good, however Roofshield Solutions Ltd did redeem themselves in the end, and good customer service was resumed.
This is what is to be expected from a reliable company, as reflected by the many favourable reviews on this site.

Although Luke the chap doing the job …

Although Luke the chap doing the job was quite late starting through no fault of his own. Apparently the Laborer who should have been with him did not turn up.
Luke was very efficient, pleasant and courteous. The job was completed very quickly and well.
I would recommend his work to anyone.
