I have no problems recommending this company although i had a few small issues to start with but these were soon rectified and i have to say that all the people i had dealings with were the most polite and helpful you could ever speak to from the workers to the management.
Although they may not be the cheapest but i have to say the roof looks fantastic and i hope its a question you get what you pay for.

I regret giving this company a good review as they have proven to be unfit to trade as I tried to get them back to do some warranty work which was a complete waste of time as you cannot contact them, it appears that the company is still live and therefore the insurance backed guarantee is void.
I have since reviewed the trader and it appears this is how he works. AVOID.

I have no hesitation in recommending the work, the manner of carrying it out and the after work support (snagging). As well as the roofing work I have used the group for wall remediation/weather proofing and for new pathways around the property. Satisfied customer!

A Roofshield rep came to see us on 29 August 2017. We agreed to go ahead and paid a deposit of £725 at that time. Two days later we decided to cancel and phoned the office in Stevenage. We were told that we would be refunded as per their literature, which said 14 days. We duly sent off the appropriate cancellation form to Roofshield Solutions. Todate we have not been refunded after many phone calls and emails, and promises of "cheque in post". We certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Mr and Mrs Jones of Somersham.

The efficiency of the workers was superb. We are really happy with how the roof looks and so is the rest of the family .

Following the good experience of having our roof renovated, we agreed to have our side walls sealed by Roofshield Solutions with Secotherm. This has had a far less happy outcome.

The workmen arrived as scheduled, were courteous and polite, and completed the work within the day. Unlike the previous occasion though, there was no quality control follow-up. We noticed subsequently that the whole gable barge-board was badly stained: it was clear that this had occurred when the pressure hose used to clean the brickwork had caught the newly painted roof tiles, and the paint had run. We tried to contact Roofshield Solutions on the telephone number on all their advertising material (including the board they erected at our gate) but only got an answering machine. Two messages were left: neither got a response. On the third day we did speak to someone who passed a message on, and someone did contact us: it was agreed that the workman would return to clean the barge-boards, but he was apparently “off” for two days. Ten days later, we still haven’t heard about when they will return. In the meantime, the guarantees for the work on roof and gable arrived. Both guarantees have incorrect names and other details: while we were led to believe the Secotherm sealant would be guaranteed for 20 years, the document we were sent specifies only 10 years, and does not mention Secotherm, only “Insulation Crème”, whatever that is. There has been no further communication: further attempts at phone calls and leaving messages have so far been to no avail. It would seem that once this firm have your money they are no longer interested.

The technicians were punctual. They took all necessary precautions to protect the property and that I should contact my neighbor to let them know work was going on.
They kept me informed throughout the process. I am happy with the finished result.

I was happy with the way the technicians worked, especially with the cold weather. Everything was left clean and tidy.

There were two teams involved in the overall job and both teams worked extremely hard. They stayed until the day's work was completed and, although there was a return to tidy better, they worked extremely hard. Weather had an effect on completing the job, however, anything that needed rectified was done speedily and happily by both teams. The product is excellent, is smart and well applied. And I look forward to the years ahead with an outstanding product.

Communication with all employees of the company has been excellent and we were kept informed of all appointments and arranged work at every step.
We are very pleased with both the quality of the overall workmanship and the end result. Much admired by our neighbours!

I received advertising material from this company and arranged for their representative to carry out survey.
He arrived on time and after explaining the roof shield system, he wanted to me to sign up for the special offer. I reminded him that I wanted a "No obligation" quote as advertised by his company .At this point he measured up my roof quickly and left saying I would receive a quote in the post. The quote never arrived.
I called the head office in Stevenage and spoke to a member of their sales team who promised to call and get a quote in the post. No call, no quote!

I have made further enquiries with the company concerned but they could not provide me with details of any houses they have treated in my area. (County of Kent)
