Simple Instructions and Prompt Analysis
My mitigation contractor gave me a free Radonova test kit to evaluate the effectiveness of the contractor's work. The instructions were very easy to follow. Radonova sent its report the same day that it received my test kit by FedEx. Fortunately, the mitigation work had lowered my radon levels from more than 19 to just over 2!

F-A-S-T results. I returned my radon test kit using USPS priority mail which included tracking. For something as important as a radon test I thought it was well worth the added cost to know that my shipment would be delivered as quickly as possible. The lab received my package on Monday and just two days later I received my report by email.
