Good support. Great Colonics and massage. I find it impossible to do the juice cleanse by myself so I was grateful for the support.

Rian is the very very best at what she does. I have followed her business from Winchester to London and now to Spain. Both the London and Malaga venues are lovely but it is Rian's presence that makes the experience so enjoyable and nurturing. But if you fancy some sunshine go to her exquisite villa on the Costa del Sol, smell the jasmine in the calles, take in the orange and lemon trees, and be nourished by the blue skies and embraced by the mountains.

I first came to Bronlar five years ago after having suffered with an eating disorder for over 40 years..
I have 36 years of clean time with other addictions, but the food was always a struggle, and I wanted to be free from that struggle.
The first time I met Rian she said 1st time = client, 2nd time = friend and 3rd time = family and that is how it feels now.
It is super affordable and uncomplicated.
I go for beautiful walks in Richmond Pk, I cycle, use the gym and sauna.
I also meet some very interesting people along the way.
Nothing is too much trouble for Rian, she is so knowledgeable and passionate about her beliefs and work, and I always come away feeling more educated.
I come away with even more zest for life than I usually have, and feel like I've been recharged...nothing makes me feel better than having fasted or juicing, and I hope I never stop.
What's not to love, its so powerful and healing..and I lose weight in the process

I never thought I'd be able to say I don't have my eating disorder but I am over 3 years free now..im a very very grateful customer and meeting Rian has changed my life.

My girlfriend and I spent 9 days on a liver cleanse program here, made easy in this great villa where we were made to feet instantly at home. Not only in our room with a view (Rosa), but also we had access to the home in it's entirety inside and out. Rian and Pe Pe, (her cheif juicer and masseuse) went about their days allowing you to interact as little or as much as you like, over what can be quite an emotional experience, depending on your chosen program. Overall Rian offers a great service here, affordable and unpretentious and has great insight to your individual needs. In just 9 short days I personally have managed to shake off some poor lifestyle choices and left with the tools to kickstart a much healthier approach to everything I do, never imagined in my 50s! I Highly reccomend this retreat to anyone.

Bronlar is a beautiful villa , such a relaxing and beautiful place with mountain views. I did my second fabulous juice retreat there and lost another 8lbs! I felt absolutely amazing afterwards and look forward to returning every 6 months.
Rian is such a lovely and attentive host with nothing being too much trouble. Her knowledge and experience in hosting these retreats and in all areas of healthy eating and well-being are also to be valued.
Can't wait to return

I love my juice fasts at Bron Lar
The juices are delicious, in 4 days I lost 4kg , had beautiful walks in Richmond Park and relaxed in the sauna every evening .
Rian is always there to help and talk to and is an experienced colonic therapist .
It is such good value and I felt refreshed and reset
I would absolutely recommend this experience .

Fantastic, brilliant experience

Both locations are great: London for its location near Richmond Park, Kingston riverside and Wimbledon Village all being nearby and Central London only 20 mins by train. The Juice Fast is a great way to lose weight quickly and healthily; and the 3/6/9 Liver Cleanse is easy under Rian’s guidance not to mention being able to do so in 20C by the pool mid winter!
