I do not like using on line documents
I do not like using on line documents. I need to have paper copies. Your staff were fine & very helpful. Driving everyone to use on line services is not for everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We completely understand that every customer will have different preferences which is why we do allow customers to choose if they would prefer online or paper documents.
I can see our advisor has already assisted with this and sent you paper documents, these will arrive in around 10 days. I can also see that your preference has been amended to paper documents for all future correspondents.
We also have a customer service phone line which you can use throughout your policy so you will never have to use our online services if you do not wish to.

As you have selected the RAC Online policy, this is why you are finding all of the processes are online only. However, you can still speak to our webchat team, which is ran by a team of customer service advisors for a more personal experience.

Hi I have just contacted the RAC as i have purchased a new car the current car has my wife's personal plate on it
and to change the policy to reflect this is £25 for typing in 7 digits then when the new car is ready for collection they want £25 plus the increase in premium ? to change the policy to add insult to injury when the V5 arrives from the DVLC and I want to place her number plate on the new car you got it another £25
£75 to type in 7 digits on a computer screen is a RIP OFF
to cap it all they had just renewed my breakdown membership without asking as it happens I would have renewed anyway as i have for the past 14 years
but I am afraid that will be getting cannceled
