After a bit of negotiating my premium remained in a satisfactory margin. With no claims for 9 years I expect loyalty and everything that goes with it. RAC did that job nicely and as long as the status quo continues they will have my custom. I refuse to pay for other driver's poor judgement, why should one? Thank you RAC!

Incompetent
All a bit of a mess really, ended up, phoning up and cancelling, here they are still sending me stuff as if I was insured with them. Incompetent adim and systems. By and large I don't feel any trust in the RAC.
