We are in Las Vegas Nevada and temps hit triple digits for multiple days. Having the water cooler with the ice maker has made my employees very happy. We encourage multiple breaks for water and it has made it more pleasurable for everyone!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so unprofessional it deserves to be called out.
I had a scheduled delivery that was missed because the driver “ran out of time.” That’s frustrating enough—but what followed was even worse. For an entire week, no delivery was made and I received only one vague update claiming it would be delivered “in two days.” That date came and went. Still nothing.
What’s even more unacceptable is that the company made no effort to prioritize my delivery, even though it was their error. No urgency, no accountability, no apology. It’s clear that client satisfaction is not a priority for this team.
If this is how they treat customers who are affected by their operational failures, I want nothing to do with them. My business may not be large enough to hurt their bottom line, but I’ll make sure others know how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I’ve ended my contract, and I won’t be looking back.
Do better. This is how you lose clients.

We are so happy with our Culligan Quench! We had an emergency with our water and Trish was super helpful and got us signed up and scheduled for an install very quickly. Trish also answered all of my questions and was really nice about it :) Today Alexis Guzman came and installed our machine and that was easy too! He was in and out without a lot of fuss and he gave us a little tutorial on how to use it. From signing up to installation we feel like the company is taking care of us and it's a really nice difference from our old water supplier.

I wrote a review back in April that Quench failed to keep up my water unit. I was told based on my contract that they would be buy every 6 months to change the filters and perform routine maintenance. After not seeing a person in well over a year, we called to cancel our contract. They immediately charged my credit card the entire yearly fee saying that we missed the cancellation day. They informed us they automatically renew without notifying us. We disputed the claim and they insisted we owe the entire year despite the clear violation of the contract to maintain the water unit. The reply I received after my prior review appeared they wanted to work out a solution. We stated our case again and we were told our case was closed. They came to collect the water dispenser and then sent us to collections. So fine. The bill is $500.00. In the grand scheme of things it's cheaper than an attorney, which is what they're planning on. Just be forewarned, in my case, there was absolutely no customer service, no follow up to maintain the unit. There are plenty of other water solution companies. We tried Quench to see if they were better and they definitely weren't. We went back to our old supplier. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else.

We had two machines installed at Pima Medical Institute, they came out 6-23-2025 and they were not able to hook up the machines. We have a school with over 500 students, and up to date we do not have water. I have called several times since the 23rd and can't seem to get someone out here. I have spoken to Robert and Ann Marie. Put a ticket in for someone to look at the quench machine. The water isn't tasting right per employees. Maybe filter needs to be changed.

Not sure what you are needing. Quench offers a water cooler at our location and I don't know what else to tell you. The water cooler is in operation and they send a bill each month. Don't really have any other contact with anyone at Quench. But we have no problems or issues so I gave them 5 stars!
