I recently ordered two Culligan machines for our office, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Courtney Smith-Bush was our representative, and she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. She made sure everything went smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciate her support and are very happy with the service we received.
Do not sign an agreement with this company without scrutinizing every word, especially the indemnification clause. They deliberately include language that shields them from liability even when their own team is negligent. Cross it out or walk away.
Their installation team failed to secure a critical internal safety connection, which caused a leak and resulted in extensive damage to our brand-new office. This was not a minor mistake, it was outright negligence. Yet they refused to take any responsibility, hiding behind the contract they drafted to protect themselves from their own failures.
Instead of addressing the issue, they will push you off to their insurance carrier, who relies on the same contractual loopholes to deny your claim. This appears to be part of a pattern designed to avoid accountability.
We are pursuing legal action and will continue to share our experience so others don’t fall into the same trap. This situation cost us thousands of dollars, all because of their negligent installation and refusal to stand behind their work.
Consider this a warning: if they refuse to remove or revise that indemnification clause, do not sign.
I really like how the company regularly schedules the maintenance for their machines. With my busy schedule/calendar I don't have to remind myself to reach out to schedule the service call.

Our sparkling water and chilled water machine was having problems. Quench Culligan determined it needed to be replaced. A replacement unit was installed and we are very happy with the technician and the replacement machine. Very happy with customer service and the technician. The replacement machine is fantastic. They also installed new filters that were due as well.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I've put up with terrible customer service over the years, but today was the final straw. I reached out to terminate my service for a location I am closing and was told I was under a 5 year contract. I knew I had not signed a 5 year contract so I asked them to send me a copy. They sent it over and it was signed by a 20 year old receptionist. They came in for service, asked the receptionist to sign off. She did thinking it was for the service call and it was a 5 year contract. I've gone back and forth with them and they just keep saying "its legally binding". This is fraud and it was done on purpose to trick us into a 5 year contract. Do not ever work with this company!

My experience with Culligan Quench has been disappointing.
During the sales process, the product and commercial terms were presented in a way that did not accurately reflect the reality of the agreement once the unit was installed and operating. When this became clear, we raised the issue with their team.
To their credit, they did attempt to offer resolution options. However, the options provided did not reasonably address the underlying issue and would have required continuing with a structure that no longer made commercial sense for our business.
The situation has since escalated toward collections pressure on a disputed account, which is not how most businesses would expect a disagreement like this to be handled.
For companies considering Culligan Quench, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the contract and independently verifying the details of what is being represented during the sales process.
Transparency during the sales process is critical in long-term service agreements, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Stay away from this company!! Use any other company. After realizing no one had serviced the machine in a long time - I called. It had been 6 years since it had been serviced. They were sorry they made a mistake. When I called to cancel they said I had a 10 more months on a contract I had no idea existed. Not servicing a a 10 year old machine for 6 years? What kind of contract is that? Total nightmare. This company is a scam. Stay away!!! Far away!!
