I had a problem with mine after 14…

I had a problem with mine after 14 months… out of warranty.
I contacted customer services and they exchanged it for a new one.
Excellent service !

Terrible Customer Service and now no refund

The worst customer service I have had for a long time from any company. Four phone calls with Kyle and three emails later he was no help at all! Really disappointed....

please now explain to me why you haven’t refunded the charger that I returned to you on 24th August by tracked DPD? This was bought because I hoped it was the charger that was broken but it was in fact the pulse roll its self! I will be disputing the charge on Amex if I don’t receive it this week…

Amazing support

Amazing support. My product had a minor issue after 1& months and the company replaced it free of charge.

The warranty is 12 months but they asked for a photo and then a brand new replacement.

Very impressed with the product as it works so well. But customer card makes this an amazing customer experience.

I have given you 1 star for the following reason.
I had a recent pulseroll and damaged the charger, purchased another charger and it was the wrong connection, I was told I had to wait a month for the correct one for my pulseroll. This went on for 3 months and I'm desperation I brought another pulseroll. I love your quality products as I also have your top range pulsegun so feel a little let down with the service.

Really disappointed with massage gun

Really disappointed with my pro massage gun pulseroll - it was brilliant but now it’s broken? I paid £224 for it 2.5 years ago & now it doesn’t work properly. The top button has stopped working so it will only work on flat out! Obviously a flaw in the design. Only guaranteed for 12 months - it shouldn't break this early - I am a GB long distance triathlete & can’t afford currently to replace it.
I have contacted Pulseroll but not heard anything as yet? I see from the reviews that I am not the only person with the same issue?
