6 months since I returned a pair of walking shoes that were meant to be Merrell but were some cheap random, probably Chinese, junk

AVOID. Much like other reviewers I received a product not quite fit for purpose, paid for shipping back to china, and never received a refund, they never collected the item from customs and did not respond to messages.

Bought some waterproof trousers and jacket in July 2025. Still waiting for my refund February 2026. I’m a male over 6’0 they sent me Womens clothing for a women no taller than 5’5. At first customer services were responding to my emails (woman named Olivia) she told me to send my products back to China (not UK) at my expense £26.55 and today my parcel came back stating the address I was given to send the items back does not exist in China. Huge lesson learnt, do not be fooled, I have lost the cost of shipping it back and the cost of the goods. This company are a scam! Trading Standards have been contacted

Boots I ordered had good reviews from other sites aswell what I recieved was a totally different pair which u can get for £18 on temu...tried to return but make things so difficult and you are responsible for postage back to China which was £30....and they say never recieved...avoid at all cost...people scamming people like this would love to meet face to face

Look elsewhere if you want a good service and a company that you can trust. I’ve been waiting for a refund for over three months and now I don’t even get a reply back from them.

Wild Horizon has well and truly ripped us off sent a coat that would have fitted action man, told us to return to China even though the packaging had an address in the UK (probably didn’t exist), tried phoning the contact number but every time their advisors were busy (yeah as if and if it were true probably responding to all the complaints). Needless to say China customs have it now maybe they have an agreement with them but Wild Horizon have ghosted us ever since and now I find their website has disappeared.

All i can say is do the research check the company out thoroughly and if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. If theres no UK returns address then just dont buy from them.

Company is a scam, do not buy from them! They added a £50 pair of trousers to my order which I flagged immediately so tje sale hadn’t gone through. They lied saying they couldn’t change it but soon as it’s arrived send it back and they would refund me. Took about a month to get my order and then I had to pay to send the trousers back to china and now they just ignore my emails. It was a massive scam, they should be shut down. Terrible place!!

Wild Horizon are no longer replying to my queries as to why I have not been refunded for items I returned to China in August 2025...at my own cost even though they sent me the wrong size walking shoes ( size 3 instead of a 5) they were crap anyway and would have only lasted on a mile walk before they dissolved in the rain. Luckily I got them through Klarna who put my payments on hold.

Absolute terrible customer service! Ordered a jacket in Aug 25 but sleeves too short so sent it back using their returns label and 15 follow up emails later I still haven’t got a refund! DO NOT buy from this company they are dreadful to deal with!

If only I could give zero stars!!! Please do not line these people's pockets! Much the same as everyone elses reviews, they are masquerading as a UK based company , product sent from China, tiny sizing! Wouldn't fit a ten year old child let alone an adult the size that turned up, took forever to arrive! Paid £28 to return! Now says its stuck in customs since November! Absolutely shocking customer service now stopped answering my emails! I am mad with myself for not fully researching the company! Which i normally do! But this bunch are in a league of their own! Utter C R A P!!!!! With postage i am £100 out of pocket and my son is minus his birthday gift he chose!

Do not buy from this company! I returned a watch over three months ago, and I am still waiting for my refund. According to tracking, the item has been stuck in China customs for months, and the company refuses to take responsibility or help clear it.
To make matters worse, they have completely stopped replying to my emails. They have my money AND the watch. This is a total scam. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to lose your money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I purchased a single delivery protection on an order, for £2-£3 but have just had nearly £40 taken from my account for a warranty which I didn’t sign up for, no one answers the phone when you call. Very bad company. Would never recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife purchased a coat from this company which when it eventually arrived from China was the wrong size. She contacted the company who told her to return the item at her own expense to obtain a refund. She posted the item via Royal Mail international tracked at the start of October. The item arrived in China but has since been held in customs. Despite repeated request and the company’s obligations under the consumer rights act 2015, she still hasn’t received a refund.

Shocking place order came way to small shipped back at my cost £33 now been waiting 3 month for my refund and now they are not answering my emails stay clear of this shop when Iv been reading the reviews after my purchases I think everyone has the same problem with no refund or response from them

If I could give no stars I would!!!!! Very angry customer not only have I purchased a £100 order which I’ve had to return which then cost me £35 I have been left with 0 help or advice about my refund after emailing several times and the phone line is non existent!! Fuming

Wrong size item sent,returned the item back immediately as requested.Cost me £25.88 in postage, my item has been in Chinese customs since the 10th October 2025.They have no intentions of contacting them, nor me now.So please be aware & give these Fraudsters a wide berth & keep your money in your pocket.I reluctantly gave them 1 star, so i could generate a review

Awful. You can't send them back to china without paying import fees. Avoid. My boots were awful quality!

I returned a parcel to China (£20.00) as requested and have never received my refund from the company. They have now stopped answering my emails completely. I wish I had read your reviews first.
DO NOT buy from this company if you think you may need to return your items.

Never received purchase nor refund. I would as all dissatisfied customers which is all of us accept the one that’s involved with the company to forward a complaint to trading standards and start sharing your experiences on Facebook. As long as you state the truth it is allowed. Wild Horizons must be closed down as a company. Include email trails if you have and also the stated company address.
