Do not purchase from this fraudulent/ scam abundant so called company. Products are fake/ copies and are not acknowledged by the official manufacturers such as lindeberg/ Titleist etc. Customer service is a sham and the business is operating on a model of criminality and deception.

I've bought a pair of New Balance Trainers and was sent the wrong size. I have chased this up a number of times, but the only contact website address doesn't work and email's bounce back. I have an email of the correct size ordered but now have a small size that do not fit. I've wasted so much money :(

I ordered a box of Pro v1s. to be used as prizes in a competition in June. Last week I met with some of the winners who informed me that the balls were fakes!!! fakes!!!

All their products for sale are fakes from China hence the reason for long delivery. You are paying good money for fake products.
Unfortunately I had to live with what I bought as any form of contact with this company was ignored.
No exchange or money back even though this is promised on their web site.

Do not buy from them as they sell fake products. Requested to return the Uggs I purchased as they were clearly fake and was told to send them back to Spain for a full refund or get 50% off a further purchase. Requested a UK address to return them to which I was provided with but when I didn’t receive a refund I was told the Uggs weren’t eligible for refund. I contacted my bank who investigated this with Visa and they have refunded me on the dodgy companies behalf. DO NOT BUY

Bought something and returned as not correct size returned tracked and signed for 27th May .
Repeated unanswered emails asking where the replacement goods are
No response -no contact details so am thus far out of pocket for the goods bought and the costs to return it .
Anyone out there know how to contact these people ?

They take your money and dont send goods. Do not buy from this company.

Was actually worried having looked at the reviews however I dont think this company deserves all this backlash from impatient customers. They do have a either 10/14 working day delivery policy however there prices are decent and if you are happy to wait then you should buy from here. I ordered a longchamp bag as a birthday gift, after I read the reviews I panicked and emailed, although got response after a day or two I still got a reply in the end. Order was delivered within the time frame given and product was authentic and good quality. No issues from me, dont be afraid to purchase just because of the bad reviews.

My advice is avoid !! How was I so stupid to trust them ?? I should have read all the poor reviews
They are scammers my item I bought I had checked and not only fake but they are not authorised sellers !!!) Unless you paid on credit card and then you may not get one you probably will not get one anyway and you always get a reply that bounces back via email and tel number is only an automated message or an email offering a nearly half price discount on another item ???… how are they still able to sell on line ?!!!!!

I ordered a box of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls to play in a national golf competition. After a few holes I noticed it was marking badly. Have now used others and they seem like refurbished balls. They are crap. Do not buy from this lying thief. I contacted the email address on the website and it came back undeliverable. Crap site

Absolute joke , I ordered golf clothing for a golf trip even on my return the items still haven’t arrived and no date of delivery but I have had 18 emails even on a Sunday evening ( just absoulute waffle no date ) no contact phone number, emails bounce back please do not use this company ( GOLFELITS it’s not a company it’s a guy “ Phil “ working out of a flat in north London ( Barnet )

Avoid this company. The products are all fake. Bought a box of Pro V1x golf balls and they are 100% fake. Hard horrible golf balls and nothing like the real products. Company website now down and getting email bounce backs, so a complete scam.

I was a bit worried when I noticed the website was temporarily down, but I’m thrilled with my purchase now that it has arrived. The J.Lindeberg Polo is fantastic quality and fits perfectly. Worth the wait!

I was initially concerned about being scammed when the website went down, and my emails were bouncing back. However, I just received my polo shirts, and they are of excellent quality. The only downside is the long delivery time.

Ordered hasn't arrived and now website has disappeared.

Shoes arrived 10 days late and the wrong size , can't seem to find anyway of contacting them. All e mail bounce back .
