Awful. They sent me shoes I ordered except... only the left shoe arrived! I emailed them asked what happened and a customer service representative said she would look into it. That was over three months ago. I've sent follow up emails and never received a response.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. Literally placed my first order THEN read the reviews. Though they surely won’t mess up my first order. Yep. Just received my first order, totally not what I ordered. Had tried to contact them many many many times prior to receiving my order to fix it… crickets. They obviously have no concern for their customers. To make things worse I didn’t even receive a receipt in order to exchange in store! So I guess I’ll sort that out Wednesday. Please take notice of these reviews but if you still choose to purchase online don’t waste your money on express post…. Snail mail more like it. And don’t expect to be able to contact them if you have problems as you will be wasting your time. Princess Highway it is you! Not us. I’m gobsmacked with these reviews how they are still operating. Will never purchase from them again. I order and lesson learnt. I’ll tick the box so they can see my review but they won’t look at that either. They couldn’t care less about what we think. So unprofessional it’s a joke.
Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service - I would even go as far as saying there is none. No response to emails for help. I am now out of pocket $160 and after six weeks, I still cannot contact anyone to process a full refund after this ordeal after originally requested when the item was shipped back. Really disheartened and would not recommend any Australian consumers to buy anything from this company.
Poor customer service
Great clothes. Bought some dresses for my daughter which were great so thought I would try some for me. Did not fit or suit me at all. Returned with Australia Post (confirmed) but no contact from them. Have sent 3 emails no reply (first email is now over 1.5 weeks old). Extremely poor costumer service.
Overcharging and lied about shipping
They used to charge in AUD but now when i put in my US address it changes to USD. When I checked the exchange rate, they were overcharging me by $15 USD. My credit card has no foreign transaction fees and better exchange rates, I would prefer the option to be charged in AUD and not get ripped off. In their FAQ it even says they will charge in AUD (lies). Secondly on their website it states for international packages they use DHL. They did not ship my package with DHL, they used Australia post/ Usps. I tried to contact them about it but no response. They are not transparent and information is inconsistent. I would not buy from them again.

I’ve ordered a lot of apparel from princess highway and it’s always so cute, made with real fibres (so much linen and cotton, love that) and I get SO many compliments on my coordinations with their patterns.
Sad to find out that they have so many negative reviews despite being one of the cutest storefronts I’ve ever seen. Really perfect clothing if you work at a fun office.
One thing I will note is that shipping to Canada from Australia takes a long time and at times, the duties are nuts. I order a lot of things from out of the country and this isn’t unique to Princess Highway. Definitely go into it knowing that and give them some grace for things they can’t control.

Very poor purchase experience. This online shop seems like a scam company. You cannot get refund if the clothes are not suitable for you. The voucher seems like a kind of waste of money if you don't want to purchase clothes from this shop any more.
Good experience
I saw 3 cute smock dresses (Harvest Smock Dress, Enid Smock Mini Dress, Koala Smock Dress) on their website and was hesitant to order them based on the reviews here. Maybe it was because I paid for express shipping but they all shipped together quickly and arrived about 3 days after ordering. I will say that the fabric of the dresses feels thinner than the older smock dresses of theirs that I own.

This company gives small businesses a bad name
It was my first time I bought from Princess Highway and had to return an item that was faulty. Their returns staff refused to give me a refund, stating I had kept the item. Why would I want to keep an item that was inexpensive, was faulty and of low quality? They refused to address the issue. I rate this company zero star.
Appalling response time and lack of customer service
I ordered a dress on sale which some weeks later showed delivered in a state I do not live in.
There is no phone number you can call to speak to a person and my email enquiry took three weeks to be answered only to be told my parcel was "delivered as addressed". The agent who answered my email enquiry about my delivery dispute DID NOT obviously check my order details and postal address as they should have seen (if they paid attention to detail) that I live in VIC and my item was delivered to NSW. It was only due to my persistence and constant emails to them disputing this that they actually emailed back a week later again advising "Oh the item now is back with us".....I would never buy from them again as they have no empathy, no attention to detail and only do more if you are persistent enough to keep enquiring! Their responses are templates with no respect for the customer who had paid good money for items they do not have. No apologies and no understanding ever was noted in communications to me. Their responses are so spiratic - one day I had three emails consecutively and then days later finally one answering my enquiry....in short customer service is appalling and that is my first and last purchase from this company.

Too long to post and no telephone number to contact. Covid is over, there's no reason not to have a contact number (which was your excuse when you took it away...which isn't justifiable).
I don't see why I need to prompt them to ship items paid for 2 weeks ago.
I see many people experience the same,yet they haven't improved issues over reasonable time.

Ordered 4 weeks ago… one out of the 8 things I purchased was shipped… have tried to contact (literate anyone?) but everything is AI… no option to speak to a person or to email… just keeps rerouting back to the chatBOT saying that no one is available right now and to fill out a form (with a link to that chat bot again… no form)… so I guess I’ll never see that $250 again or the clothes I bought…

I will NEVER buy from this company again. I placed an order three weeks ago with express postage and they still haven’t shipped it. The event I purchased it for has been and gone. To say I’m angry would be an understatement!!
Worst customer service experience
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Their website had a fault and showed the cost of the items to be different to that actually charged on the invoice after I submitted payment. I messaged them immediately after submitting my order and never heard back. Eventually after being in contact 3 times service online insinuated that I was a liar and refused to help. When the items arrived they were wrong. I stopped hearing back from customer service so called a store. They manager contacted them for me, when I called her back 10 days later she hadn’t heard anything from them. 5 weeks in and customer service has told me that their website wasn’t wrong and that I can return the items within in 14 days of receiving them. A bit late for that. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times.
Their service is the worst. Besides being rude and unhelpful they don’t have online chat, it sometimes takes over a week to have an email answered and they have no phone number to contact. I will not be shopping with them again. Such a waste of time and money.
