I placed an order and got email partial delivery. I don't know what's sent. I emailed their customer support and have to wait 72hrs for a reply. They've got my money and there's no low stock advice when I bought online. Other online businesses are far better than this. If i knew I wouldn't have bought from them.
Stylish, suitable fabric but some uneven stitches
The fabrics are good as I especially like cotton and the designs are stylish. However, there are some issues with quality control where the clothes I purchased have loose and uneven stitching.

I’ve purchased from Princess Highway multiple times and I’ve had a great experience each time. I love the material and patterns they carry, although the gnarly shipping fee to USA makes me sad it’s worth it. They sometimes have delays in shipping when you buy during a big sale but I received (2) separate emails letting me know they were working on fulfillment, very nice! My items didn’t even take that long, it was only a delay of a few days.

It arrived! Ordered olivia jacket on July 3rd. Arrived July 18th. Faith restored. (All the negative reviews had me nervous).
Size guide indicated I order size 8. Ordered size 10 as would rather too big than too small but in hindsight should have followed the guide but still fine.

Like many others here, I ordered something on 28 June and still it has not even been dispatched according to the emails.
Feels like a total scam, with no genuine attempt to fulfil the item. Considering reporting to consumer affairs and I hope others do too.

This was my first time ordering with Princess Highway, and will certainly be my last. I ordered a handful of items about a month before a vacation I hoped to wear them on. Well, I leave tomorrow and my order still has not even shipped. I get generic emails apologizing for the delay almost every day, but never a real update. The chat feature on their website doesn't actually connect to a human, so there are extremely limited options to contact customer service (especially as an international customer with a significant time difference than their phone line). At this point I don't expect my order to ever arrive.

The absolute worst
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an online purchase. I would never buy a thing from this company again. 3 weeks and still waiting. Called and emailed and no resolution. Non existent customer service. I feel they blatantly lie over the phone as nothing else happens. Steer clear of this shop it will only cause you mass frustration.

This experience is incredibly disappointing—especially from a brand I’ve supported and loved over the years. Not fulfilling an order, ignoring cancellation requests, and refusing to refund goes against Australian consumer law. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.
Order placed on 14.05.2025
Order placed on 14.05.2025, did not arrived, Australia Post cannot locate the parcel and is now considered lost. Contacted Princess Highway on 17.06.2025, they gave me an option for resend the items/ refund to credits. I choose to have them resend, as I do need them for an event in mid of July 2025. Up till today, I have sent follow up emails to them, no respond/ follow up. Very disappointing!

Poor support team - online nightmare!
Constantly having issues with online orders, every order I have had missing items and marks on the clothing. The response from the support team is abysmal and it takes weeks to get a response from them, and that's after sending weekly emails asking for an update. Don't bother asking them to send a replacement item because they never have them in stock and you get the run around with a refund.
Really disappointing because their quality of clothing is great and they have good sales but it's the customer support that really let's them down.
Incorrect sizes
Difficult to buy online because the sizes vary so much. Some size 14 are huge, and some are barely a size 10.

Terrible customer service and please read their returns policy before buying online. They are difficult to contact (especially when they were the ones who stuffed up the order like in my first experience). If you get a return (2nd wxperience) they give you a credit. So you pay the original postage. Pay postage to return it. Then you use your credit to buy another and pay postage again. My postage was $45 in the end. More than the item cost. Never again.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service - ordered a Christmas gift one month ago, I am leaving for overseas for my family’s Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. Lodged an enquiry with Australia Post and they cannot find it, I asked Princess Highway to check with them as the sender and they did not. The parcel has been to WA and then VIC three times now back and forth according to the tracking information and a month later princess Highway still says it may come, no help, no refund, really terrible customer service experience after many emails.
Warning - Do Not Refund As Soon As An Item Is On Sale!
Warning! Princess Highway will not refund sale items and right now nearly everything in their store is on sale! So if it doesn't fit you you will not get your money back! I shall never ever buy a sale item from them again..... they have kept my money and I do not want anything else from them at present. This is so UN-Australian!!!

Won't communicate, doesn't build confidence
There was a dress I really liked, I asked about measurements, it took 2 weeks & they gave a 1 sentence response including the guide. I responded asking if they had any actual measurements of the specific dress I was liking, & I've messaged x 3 now, over 2 weeks, even saying in the last message "could someone please get back to me, I'm about to give up." Nothing. Gives no confidence if I ever had to return something. Other online sites will measure at least 1 specific item from a range to give a gauge.
