Love shopping online with Dangerfield. The quality of knitwear is great. Only thing I’d like changed is reduce spend required to get free shipping ie $65 like other retailers rather than $250.

Online ordering is preferable to instore where some team members are extremely pushy and try to coerce you into buying more,and more,and more items.But I must say I find the site somewhat difficult to navigate; it takes a very long time to go through all the items for sale and to go back to something previously found is extremely time-consuming and not easy.

I came back to leave a review after my purchase arrived as after I'd placed my large order, I found these aweful reviews and was afraid I'd just wasted $225. First, delivery - I placed my order on a late Thursday night, and it was shipped 5 business days later in 2 parcels. They sent regular emails keeping me in touch with the process and the delay. One item out of 7 was out of stock and was refunded (without any hassle. I got the out of stock and refund email at the same time). Quality - the items were as described and the pictures were representative. All the product descriptions were accurate in terms of what fabric was used (one reviewer mentioned this but my experience was positive here as well). The sizing was fine but I took my measurements and went by their size guide and ordered up if I was between sizes. One dress I could possibly have gone a size down but it's not really noticeable. I found the cut and everything to be of decent quality, especially for the price. I don't like their practice on returns re everything being always on sale and therefore non returnable, so you need to be sure of your purchases. But I would definitely shop here again.

I love the clothes, the designs, the fit. I have bought so much of my wardrobe from Dangerfield over the last few months. I pretty much wore Black Friday and Princess Highway dresses all summer. I think I've only bought in store once and bought the rest of my purchases online. Everything has fit great, and there are always pockets. Even in my dresses!

Customer service is great, super helpful, furendly, its like having a helpful gothic cute cheerleader to help you shop. The only issue I have is the full price can be a bit high for me so that is when I love the amazing discounts they have and I jump at the opportunities!

Gorgeous peter pan collar blouse with adorable bunnies embroidered on collar, nice breathable 100% cotton. Loved it so much I got another one as they are on sale. Also purchased a lovely bunny ovesized textured cardi, I think its called the ASAP cardi. (Yes I love bunnies🤣)
Really fast shipping for 2 out of the 3 orders, however the shipping is very expensive at $15 for a major retail chain, whoever is looking after procurement needs to negotiate better rates with the carrier.
One order took a couple extra days to ship but I got a lovely email assuring me it will get sent and apologising for the delay, however I still had my order within a week.
Overall delighted with all of my purchases and the customer service provided!

I freaking love Dangerfield. I’ve been shopping there in my 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s. Many different styles. And my teen loves it too. Discounted gift cards are tops. Customer support always helps quickly for online ordering issues. 🖤🖤🖤

Tracking informative and up to date which is reassuring

I have been to several different Dangerfield stores, and have found all of them to have awesome staff... always ready to help with any questions, giving suggestions and just general conversation. Customer service in-store, and online, has always been great - and deliveries have always been timely and in perfect condition 😊

I was really skeptical after reading the reviews on here but I am delighted with my clothes. I was kept updated on my item delivery and was able to track it.

Great service online and in your stores love your designs patterns and fabrics. I am a senior female and can always find age appropriate clothes that make me feel alive without looking like mutton dressed up as lamb. I have been shopping in your stores for several years now.

I placed an order online, something went wrong during payment, where Dangerfield's website failed to complete processing of payment

So I had money taken out of my account and no way to resolve the situation.

Dangerfield failed to respond to inquiries for assistance.

Thankfully the payment was eventually reversed over a week later by the bank

(I can't remember the exact date, but it was about 4 months ago)

the staff are great, the range is awesome and delivery is super fast.

I bought the Princess clothing because it suits me better and I have loved everything I've bought. The shorts are comfortable as are the pants and I've finally found a bathing costume that is not ridiculously priced and is comfortable. Delivery was also timely. Can recommend

I think the bare minimum for an order you spent money on should be… receiving your items, receiving the correct size you orders and having okay customer service.

The process was simple. The clothing was beautifully made, the material is gorgeous and it fits perfectly.
