Visited last week. Was met by Joe who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and polite. Disappointed there wasn’t a car in stock that was available for us. Would have loved to have bought a car from him. A real asset to your company and born people person.

Whilst being unable to agree a deal the care and consideration provided by Joe Kearns latterly, and Connor initially, was excellent.

I must say, Joe Kearns was very helpful when it come to fixing my cars air con issues. He was extremely attentive, understanding and helpful which was quite a troubling ordeal.

He went above and beyond to make sure that it was seen too, and for that I am very grateful.

Appalling service, viewed the car on the Sunday, was told it couldn't go out yet as the wheels needed refurb (each wheel looked corroded and scuffed), I said that was fine they said Tuesday collection as they will do all the prep Monday, and it'll be ready to go the next day whenever. I asked if I could collect Wednesday evening, 7pm, so that's a whole extra day. They said that would be acceptable and even double checked it hd gone through prep. I paid the full amount in cash as soon as this was confirmed, drove down there after work (1.5 hours away) and saw the car at the front, with the alloys in just as bad shape as the Sunday before, and so many stone chips on the bonnet! I complained again and again, and then their call centre manager who was covering the night shift decided to try and make a deal with me, all the while being extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. He had an answer back for everything (even ones that made no sense) and was unhelpful. I came up with the idea of leaving without the car that night, and them repairing and delivering the next day. I said there was no other option other than this or a refund. They agreed to this, it is signed and in writing in the handover book they gave me. I chased them 5 or 6 times the next day, they told me it couldn't be delivered, if I wanted the car I had to drive there and get it. Lots and lots of back and forth I was very upset as I was spending £32.5k with them! Then I finally got it home, tyre pressure comes up - left rear is 22 psi and right rear is 44!!!! What kind of prep are they doing? So disappointed as heard good things, seems they're just greedy and lazy. It also makes me laugh reading about the reservation fee being a holding deposit, because I was just told this was a holding deposit for a viewing, and i fI actually wanted to secure the vehicle, I had to pay £500! lol

I had a good experience visiting the dealership to look at a car. Sam was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I didn’t end up buying the car, but I appreciated the professional service and would be happy to visit again.
